I snapped these yesterday evening. I was stunned at how clear and brilliant this rainbow was. The companion rainbow above is harder to see.

It is a shame that my cell phone cannot truly capture what I see. The beauty is breathtaking.

It’s summertime and we’re getting the hot weather storms in the afternoons. I heard the thunder as the system rolled in and the sunlight dimmed. I didn’t really think much about it. I just happened to step outside to our recyclables bin and…wow. I ran back inside and grabbed my phone. I wandered up and down the street trying to get good shots.

Damn power lines. *sigh*

    I love rainbows…
PS wish I could sneak a peak at your personal collection. From the rainbow pic, lines and all, I’d say you have a good collection.

I have tons of pictures…on my computer, on my phone… I have been a shutterbug since I was a young teen. My paternal Grandmother gave me a Kodak Instamatic camera. Rolls & rolls of film, I went thru.

I take pictures of everything! LOL!

Thank you for the very kind words. *Hugs*

I also had a Kodak, used to reserve money to develop photos. I love snapping away, the kids too take pictures for me. 😃
