Another small town close by, Haw River, has a farm that grows them. They routinely show up here at the Farmers Market. Lions Manes, Cinnamon Caps, Blue Oysters, Pink Oysters, Yellow Oysters, Shiitakes…man, they are good.
One of my friends tried to talk me into growing them. We talked about it but like other things…never actually did it. It was really interesting…
I think the purple ones would see better lol.

We don’t see them around as much…of course you gotta know where to look.
I had friends who REALLY love them…the purple ones lol.

I’ve never seen a purple mushroom. LOL!
I think they showed up because we got a LOT of rain a month or two back.

There is a lot of money growing those things…the right ones. The market price is pretty good.
Oh the purple ones grow I think only in cow patties….take a trip never leave the farm….
