Update: Thanks to Max at Powerpop Blog, I got my answer. This is an Iberis Sempervirens or an Evergreen Candytuft. Thanks, Max!

    They are planted all over town in beds. I tried looking up “white flowers” and got everything except these. *sigh*

        I thought of Roadrunner for some stupid reason… they would list the latin names for fast…usually add the ious…. hey I got a laugh.
