I believe this is a Nipponica, a shrub in the Rosaceae family that is native to Shikoku, Japan. ~Vic

I’ve seen these before…they are beautiful.
They are lovely little flower clusters.

It smells lovely! Here we called it Bridal Vail Spiraea…for it looks like a bride’s vail falling toward the ground
