Ken’s property tax, for a 75 year old, 1300 sq. foot house on a 1/4 acre is $3300. My ex-marine and I paid that in Texas for a, then, 27 year old, 2200 sq. foot house…but, Texas doesn’t have income taxes. NC does.
You have pretty flowers, too…and sweeping, fantastic views that we don’t have. Except for our little Occaneechi mountain, you don’t have mountain views until you drive three hours, west.
