Posted on Updated on

I posted a picture of this thing in June of 2019. It was taken April 13th. Anybody know what kind of worm this is? ~Vic

    Is it a ribbon worm?

https://animal.toolpie.com/ I nabbed your pic, blew it up, and plugged the image into the site. Answer: nematode. Creepy little critter!

Cool site. I sent it my picture, too, just to test the site out (it reminds me of Pl@ntNet). This is what I got:

Question: did you zoom in on the image to make it bigger? When I plugged your pic in there the first time I didn’t and got no hits. When I enlarged it it said nematode.

All I did was upload the picture I had. I didn’t zoom anything…just upload. Not sure of size dimensions. I didn’t check.

You would think that, if zoomed in, they would clearly see it wasn’t a water snake.

              Curious…

Are you sure you didn’t lose some spaghetti when you made that bolognese? 😉

Heh. I’ve never made bolognese…that I know of. And, in general terms, my spaghetti doesn’t move or hang out on my windows.

Never made bolognese? I always thought it was the first thing we learned as teenagers 😂
I figured you might have used the old method test. After 10 minutes of boiling, you throw a piece of spaghetti at the window. If it slides down it’s ready, if it sticks it requires another 2 mins 😂

I actually had to look that up. It appears to be similar to regular spaghetti with meat sauce but, the noodles are completely different…ribbon-like, wider than Fettuccine and the description of the sauce is complicated. So, yes…I’ve never made that.

That stupid worm did look like Angel Hair pasta…

And, no…I’ve never thrown my pasta on a window. I’ve dropped some on the floor, before. Does that count?

We have a three second rule. What is the 30 second rule?

                3 seconds!!??? Pussy’s 😂😂
In Yorkshire it’s safe to eat if it’s been on the floor for 30 seconds or less. But we do have a Neanderthal reputation, according to the rest of the country 😂😂
