I have that very same model in my studio! Ever so often, it gets a radio signal from the National Bureau of Standards and resets itself. It is more accurate than cellphone/computer time, and I don’t have to know which way to set it when Daylight Savings Time rolls around

I noticed that it said “radio controlled.” This was shot in 2017. I wonder, now, what made it flip out. Maybe the gears really were stripped or…the NBS signal fried its little clock brain?

Mine does that from time to time too … I suppose it has something to do with the way the clock resets itself …
