For some reason I’ve never been fond of Roses…and Jennifer isn’t either…when I get her flowers…I get her favorite Daiseys…or if they don’t have them…carnations.

Neither of my grandmothers grew roses. Ken used to have two rose vines, leaning on trellises. They have both died.

I love a Daisy. My favorite flowers are Snapdragons and Mums.

It’s good that you Jen flowers. How sweet…

We had a rose vine before becasue it looked cool in the flower garden she had… it eventually died as well.
        A happy wife!…..

Um…GET Jen flowers. I could say “damn thumbs” but, my stupid ass is on my laptop. *facepalm*

The closest my maternal grandmother got to roses was Gardenia bushes. They sort of resemble small roses and they have strong scents.

A happy wife is good. Does she like chocolate, too?

Oh yes she likes chocolate…I don’t so it works out…the only chocolate I like is if Peanut Butter is with it lol.
I’ve never forgotten a birthday or Valentines…. She did forget my birthday once…that is like a loaded gun…I’ ve used that many times lol. She remembered the next morning.

I’m suddenly remembering the old commercials of the chocolate bars falling into the peanut butter jars. “Your chocolate is in my peanut butter.” Do you remember those?

Well, we don’t. Not anymore. Ken had two rose vines on trellises and they both died. I caught this in someone else’s yard while walking. The photo is two years old.

I guess we would get them a little earlier than you do. You also get more snow than we do.

The color is gorgeous. I don’t think there is a flower I don’t like, but the Daisy is my favorite.

      It is a pretty thing.

      I like Daisies, too.

There is one flower I have no desire to ever see…the Corpse flower. No, thank you.
