I got an email from the “happiness engineers”, again, stating that the phone app has a “bug” in it. Um…OK…fix it, then. They act like they have no clue. 🙄

When they said…”the upgrade migrated you to a different server…”, I thought “Oh, hell…”
For $99…for three years, everything was fine. Pay an extra $80 for a couple of plug-ins and poof…I might as well be having a conversation with Neo.
