I’ve covered everything in the 70s back to 1972, specific to my childhood. Rolling back a little bit more, I remember liking these though I was very young.

A song that reminds you of yourself…
I’ve never really found a song that reminded me of myself but, there are four songs I really identify with in terms of wandering thru life and the subsequent lessons.
The opening line to the movie:
“On a Saturday (March 24, 1984), five high school students report for all-day detention.”
This is my generation, though I was never in detention. I graduated in June 1984. Ditto Footloose.

I ordered the greatest hits of Three Dog Night in the seventies off of television. I like a lot of their stuff… Family of Man, Shambala, Liar…
I spent time in detention… or the “rubber room” as we called it. I was late constantly. All day in a room reading…I loved it.

Yeah. So much music, so little time. There is a lot of stuff I love that didn’t really fall into any of the listed categories. And, thank goodness. I’d be posting music videos for MONTHS.

Sometimes I run out of songs…but then inspiration hits. When in doubt for me…go Beatles.
