POTD: Wash Me

Posted on

Well…I had intended to post about the 1959/1960 Payola Scandal that involved Dick Clark but, apparently, The History Channel can’t make up its mind which day it happened on. *sigh*

So, instead, Photo of the Day. ~Vic

Gassing up my truck, saw this and started to giggle.

I’m prejudice against stickers in the middle of the rear windshield.

Ohhhhh K. It would tend to block the view a bit.

You’d think. Why do people like obstructing their view? It makes me think they never look behind – that’s why. It’s a scary thought.

Because people like to decorate their cars to make a statement…safety be damned.

One of the dumbest looking vehicles I have ever laid my eyes on was a bright pink Hummer painted up like Barbie…I kid you not. Got in behind it in a pharmacy drive-thru when I was living in Texas. There was s*** all over that thing. It SCREAMED ‘Look at me!’ SMDH.

That has been done to me many times.

My car looks like that…long, long dirt road to the pavement and too much rain. I hope to get it washed today.
