Found these […] walking on the sidewalk. The stone on this wall is at the corner of the James Cheek house property (c. 1875). I guess they weren’t wanted anymore.

It’s your blog. You can respond as you see fit. No MF is gonna come on MY blog and act like an ass. There was a blogger I used to follow about 18 months ago. He & his sister both blogged and they were (still are, I guess) in Australia. They were basically kids. He was 18 & she was 16. She was a sweet kid. He was fat & obnoxious. He made the mistake of getting on MY blog in the comment section to try to tell ME about the politics of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. I, personally, don’t have a dog in that hunt. I am no cheerleader for either side but, he had lots of trouble with facts…like, Israel has only existed since 1947. Palestine has been around since Jesus’s time. Here’s another one…Judaism is a religion, not a race. There are white Jews, black Jews, Middle Eastern Jews… He, literally, lost his 18 year old mind all in my comment section, railing on the Palestinians…comment after comment. I wiped his tirade out. NO. You don’t come to my blog and spew nonsense, ESPECIALLY when you don’t know WTF you are talking about.
“Marx fans are so tired of that picture…” Some people have nothing else better to do than be a troll. There’s a reason why I can’t stand FakeBook & Twitface. They are both cesspools.
My comment was in no way meant to criticize. I enjoyed thinking of the boots walking down the sidewalk. I don’t do much creative writing but could see this photo being used as a creative writing prompt.
I did not see it as a criticism. As soon as I read your comment, I started to giggle…quite a lot. “She’s right!”, I thought. I also thought other readers would get a kick out of it. Max, above in the comments, thought the same thing you did.
I’m not much on creative writing, myself. I’m too left-brained “just the facts.” I may ramble on about said facts but, couldn’t create “a story” to save my life.
