I eat their leaves on a regular basis. 💚

They do look good enough to eat.
Love those… reminds me of when I was a kid
I eat dandelion greens all the time.
I’ve never tried them.
Considered bitter greens & excellent for digestion, the liver & the gallbladder. I also drink dandelion tea…roasted root is my favorite. It has a nutty flavor.
I have tried watercress… from a natural spring I knew of as a kid. I loved it. hmmm…I would like to try it.
That is one thing I’ve never tried.
