Awww. So sweet.
They are tame to a degree.
I would get such a thrill seeing these in the wild.
It is exciting. I talk to them.
Just don’t run out in front of my car deer– this is a bad time of the year for deer everywhere.
In town, here, the speed limit is 20. With traffic, lower. Deer rarely get hit. A mile north (US70) and 1.5 miles south (I-85), different story.
Many people in town feed them. Other folks, the ones with gardens, they get a little aggravated with ’em. Most have gone to fencing or greenhouses.
Lots of venison, too. Northern Orange County has a lot of hunters. And, there is a Wounded Warrior hunt every Thanksgiving.

The deer around here have gotten pretty tame too- we always have some in our yard it seems… I have never been a hunter.
Probably accounts for so many in town. They know they are safe. 😄
Always a pleasant encounter in the woods!
And me, standing in the street…📸🦌
Great pics Vic… We have them romping in our backyard a lot. Usually in packs of 4-5. I’ve never been a hunter though so I just enjoy seeing them.
Heh. Ron virtually said the same thing, above.
Lol… hardly ever do I read comments…
You do on your own posts. Since this is my post, I can just refer you. 😁🤓❤
Oh verify that you got that link I sent you…I always wonder if the spam protector will block it.
I got it. Been juggling stuff.
No hurry…just wanted to be sure…juggle away
Downloading, now! 🙂
Vic it was no hurry lol…I’m always paranoid that a spam filter will block something….at work it happens all of the time.
Well, it did tell me that I wasn’t signed in, when I was, after downloading two. Got 200 & 201.
These AVIs are larger than FLVs.
Yes they are…but better quality probably.
It did it, again. I download two, it tells me I’m signed out. Ohhh K. Two at a time it is. Got 202 & 203. Going after 204 & 205…after I sign back in. o.O
I wonder why it’s timing out? Can you pick more than one at a time?
That’s just it. It doesn’t make me sign back in. I download two, it tells me I need to sign back in, I close the window, click the link (again) from the email and I’m back to downloading. I never actually have to sign back in. Some kind of glitch?
That is strange! It sounds like it is timing out. Have you tried another browser?
Nope. I’m using FF 220.127.116.11.0.0.0.0.0.1 ad infinitum (at this point, FF should reflect Pi). I don’t use IE, I can’t download Edge, I refuse to use Chrome…so, that leaves me with Pale Moon (Beta & unsecure), Waterfox & Brave. You can’t even get the Microsoft version of Safari, anymore.
I’ll try Brave…
I hate Edge…I mean hate it. It has too much security.
I’m guessing about the browser but that is the only thing I can think of
HA! No glitch with Brave! I am chugging along and almost done.
Wow I might have guessed right! awesome
They are all over town.
They’re beautiful creatures.
