The Best That It Can Be…
On the face of it, this is a good statement: the positive approach to our life and the way we live it. Why should it, our life, not be the best that it can be?
Three events occurred and, together, they drove my patience out the window. First of all, a friend chatted to me about her concern for her son and daughter-in-law, about how they were working all hours to buy new furniture for their new house and, that every time they came to stay, she had to take all the packaging off the food in her fridge, otherwise, they would throw it out if it was anywhere near its date. Then, I watched Countryfile on the BBC and they were showing how a whole new industry was growing around waste food collection and its use to create energy for our homes. Then, I read an article in Positive News where a tribe in India stood to lose their land because a huge conglomerate wished to mine for bauxite (raw aluminum). This is such a toxic substance that mining for it poisons all the land and the people. The article was in Positive News because the tribe won their case. Sadly, there are many other stories where the outcome is not so happy.
We humans, mostly in the west (I regret to say our influence is spreading), have come to believe we deserve the best. We have interpreted the best it can be into all aspects of our lives. This means we should aspire to the best house, best kitchen, the best car, furniture, clothes, television, computer, mobile phone and, of course, the best food. Our food has Best Before written on it so, subconsciously, we see it is not good enough for us if it is near that date or, that the apple has a blemish or, the potato and cucumber are a bit knobbly…so, we throw it away. [A]re we not worthy of the best?
How Much Does Best Cost?
The consequences of all of these choices are that, currently, the world is at war over mineral rights, (Darfur is only one example of genocide and destruction based on the greed of the west for [minerals] used in mobile phones and other electrical equipment). [M]en and women are used as slave labour to make our clothes, the planet is being carved up and, the rivers polluted for the copper, zinc, etc…to go into our newest, and best, electronic toys […]. Billions of tons of food is thrown away each year because it is considered not to be the best it can be, whilst those that live in the countries that grow our food starve.
I am not advocating a hair shirt, sleeping under a hedge or eating rotten food and starving but, in all things, there is a balance. And, yes, I do have a mobile phone which is second-hand, over six years old and works perfectly for the rare emergency calls I make. The balance is, I do not feel I need to change it every time a new, improved model comes on the market. Millions of mobile phones are put into landfill and are not recycled. The price we may pay for misunderstanding best that it can be… is monumental. There are many people affected by our choices that we never see or think of. The people who grow the food or mine the mineral do so at a very high price. If a people [live] on a land that is rich in minerals, that land will be torn away from them, they will be placed in camps and the reason why, is…you. Our misunderstanding of what makes us special, a success [or] admired, is, now, tightly bound up with possessions, material goods and if I do not have the best and newest of everything, I will be judged a failure.
A Complete Consciousness
It is the best that we can be, as a human and, as a complete consciousness. The best that we are is not made up of, or lack of, possessions. It is about how we live our lives in relation to the rest of the universe and, in particular, with each other. It is we, the so called civilised world, who are so insecure in who we are as souls that we need the third world to be plundered so that we can surround ourselves with our props and say to the world Look. I am worthy. I have the best that there can be.
Think About It
In his book The Human Soul, my husband, Chris Thomas, asks that we Think About It. Think about the consequences your actions will have on others and, then, make the choice that feels right to you. It is your choice and you cannot blame the consequences on anyone else. Everything we buy is made from the planet, itself. This is the planet which has given us the choice of physical life rather than a free-floating soul. Chris has said in his book that we are here to prove that it is possible to have a full soul in physical form and, that, the whole of our existence has been to prove that that is possible. Everything that is happening on Earth, our solar system, our galaxy and the universe beyond, is currently happening in order to help us to be the best human beings we can whilst remaining on Earth. The Human Soul can help you to determine where you are within that process. With Christmas fast approaching, your love and affection to your family without buying something that would cause another family [on] the other side of the world pain and suffering? Think about it. Are you the best that you can be?

Chris Thomas: Illness Is A Message From The Higher Self

At long last, everyone is seeing the change that is taking place in the world. Unfortunately, most only see a move to chaos and destruction. This seeming chaos is the bringing to the surface of all that has been hidden. As the impetus for change continues to accelerate, situations which have been long hidden and unknown are coming to light in order that they can be dealt with and cleared. Much of what was accepted or hidden in the past is becoming public knowledge and those responsible are paying the political or legal price for their actions.
What we are seeing is the removal of the old as we usher in the new. If we begin to renovate our houses, we must first demolish all that is worn out and unwanted in order to make way for the fresh and, the new. Nobody is immune from this work of restoration. All past problems, personal as well as global, must be brought to light, and cleared, so that there is the space to propagate and nurture the new. As we approach a new year, the speed of demolition must increase as we are a little behind in our work. Do not despair if your world, or the world at large, looks like it is crashing around your ears. This is only to remove the old and, once demolition is complete, our new futures will begin to unfold in all the glory of the beings of full consciousness we are becoming.
So have courage, always ask questions…and make sure the bottle of ‘Rescue Remedy’ is on hand. Everyone who is undergoing change is asking questions. This is one of the questions my wife Di and I are most asked by our clients or those who attend our talks.
[Q] Are all illnesses governed by our genes (DNA) and, therefore, pre-programmed as the medical profession often insists?
[A] A very emphatic NO. Illness arises from the emotions we express, or do not express, in the situations we encounter in life.
Our experiences in life are guided by our higher elements of consciousness, the ‘Higher Self’ or HS for short. If we do not quite meet the expectations of our HS and stray off our path, the HS communicates this to us by accentuating the accumulation of emotions we have stored away by not expressing ourselves as fully as we should have done. The best guide to which aspects of our lives we have not fully dealt with are the concentrations of consciousness (soul) energy within the body which we have come to know as the ‘chakras’. Understanding the aspects of life that each chakra works with, and the organs associated with each of the seven chakras, is an infallible guide to which area, or areas, of our life we need to pay closer attention to…to bring ourselves back onto our path.
Even doctors and scientists are gradually realising that every cell in the body responds to our expressions of emotion and it is how much emotion contained within a bodily organ that determines how efficiently that organ functions and, consequently, our state of health. It is these emotions, and not our DNA, that lead this process. However, DNA does have a role to play. To build the body in the womb requires about twenty-five percent of the gene sequences in our DNA. Once born, we need about three percent of our DNA to grow and develop. All the rest of our DNA is memory. Seventy-five percent of DNA is memories of past lives and, once we have left the womb, twenty-two of the twenty-five percent used to build the baby’s body changes to storing the experiences gained during our current life.
Also, as we undergo change, our DNA is expanding. Over the past twenty-five years, there has been talk of many children being born with an additional four or five strands of DNA that activate at birth (in addition to the usual two). These are the so-called ‘Indigo’ or ‘Star’ children. The extra DNA represents more memory contained within the body and gives these children their ‘advanced’ capabilities. Our full compliment of DNA will eventually be thirteen strands to the helix. The same is true for adults. The more ‘demolition’ work we do, the more we clear out, the more DNA we build as the HS downloads more of itself into the body. The next few years may well be traumatic and we need to put these future events into perspective…they are symptoms of change. The more we accept and work with these changes, the faster we will catch up with our children.

Introduction
I don’t know about you but, I like looking at sunsets. It doesn’t seem to matter how bad a day it has been for me, or for anyone else on the planet, taking a few minutes at the end of the day to watch the sun drop below the horizon just calms the nerves and renews my sense of well-being. During August, I have paid particular attention to the sunsets, attempting to catch a glimpse of the “new sun”, the one we are assured is called “Nibiru” that has been travelling through our solar system dragging its seven planets along with it. As I sit at my keyboard, I realise that I am, actually, sitting at my keyboard. I am not sitting at another keyboard in some alternate universe. I have not been vapourised by the bow “shock-wave” that this sun Nibiru was reputedly pushing before it, destroying all life in the solar system. Funny that. But, on the other hand, it looks as though the HGF (Human Gullibility Factor) has been working overtime.
For several months, we have been warned by those who claim to have insider knowledge from the NSA, CIA, NASA, and the Vatican, telling us that Nibiru is on its way through our solar system, wreaking its destruction, despite any evidence that could support these claims. Oh, how I long for the time when humans finally wake up and re-integrate their souls back into their bodies because, then, we wouldn’t have to put up with any more of this c**p.
A History of Nibiru
The name Nibiru is most usually associated with the translations of the Annunaki material by Zecharia Sitchin. Sitchin was acknowledged as the world’s leading expert at translating ancient Sumerian “Cuneiform” writing into English. In the 1960’s, Sitchin began translating a collection of clay tablets that were reputed to be about 5,000 years old. These tablets state that the story they tell was dictated to a Sumerian scribe who, accurately, recorded the story being dictated to him.
*Note: The story was dictated to a scribe, therefore, it had to be dictated by “someone”. This someone is never identified in the story the clay tablets tell. If, as claimed in the story, the information was the actual history of humanity, then, the history would have been recorded as it happened. In other words, the history was common knowledge amongst all of the people. So, why was it necessary for a story to be dictated to a scribe? The answer is, that, it is just that…a story and not reality.*
I have commented on the lack of truth, and the lack of validity, of this dictated story many times in my books and essays, so, [I] am not going to repeat the story here. Enough to say is, that it is a complete fantasy, deliberately designed to mislead people in the current times into believing that our “creators” are an alien race, known as the “Velon”. Within this dictated fantasy story is the “legend” of the planet Nibiru. Please note the word planet. The Velon/Annunaki fantasy story claims that Nibiru is a “travelling” planet that enters our solar system every 3,600 years.

Several of its orbits have caused problems within our solar system, destroying one planet with the Earth and, the asteroid belt being made from the debris of this collision. According to Sitchin’s translations and calculations, the last time that this fictitious planet entered our solar system was about 2,200 years ago (about 200 BC). This means that the next orbit is not due for another 1,400 years from now.
Are there any human traditions that have a record of a “travelling planet”? No, there are not. Chinese records, Egyptian records, Celtic traditions, Native American traditions, Aboriginal traditions, Inuit traditions, Eskimo traditions…not one of them tell of a planet that travels in and out of our solar system. Is there an ancient Earth people who speak of a planet called Nibiru? Yes, there is. This is the ancient Assyrian Empire centered around the ancient city of Babylon. Except, as far as the ancient Assyrians are concerned, the name Nibiru was their name for the planet Jupiter in our own solar system although the Assyrians possibly spelled it “Neberu”, meaning “The Ferry”.
However, the fear-mongering that has been going on over the past few years, especially in recent months, refer to a sun called Nibiru that has entered our solar system, destroying all in its advance. Quite why Nibiru had changed from a single “travelling planet” to a sun with seven orbiting planets has been impossible to track down. There does not appear to be any reason, whatsoever, to explain why Nibiru has changed from a single planet to a whole solar system…at least none that I have been able to find. The only explanation seems to be that a fictitious travelling whole solar system engenders far more fear in people than a fictitious single travelling planet does.
Why Try To Make People Afraid?
For the last 1,700 years, there have been those on the planet who see themselves as an “elite”. In order to control the population and to make them believe what this elite wants them to believe, the elite have found that, by far, the best way is to make people afraid. By creating situations of fear, especially the fear of things that do not exist, the elite have created a society that is made up of individuals that are extremely gullible and can be forced to act in ways which go against their intrinsic nature. There are many, many examples of this behavior throughout human history, both in the past and in the present.

What is the “6th” Sun?
The concept of a series of “Suns” is Mayan in origin. Each “Sun” provides the energies for each stage of human development on Earth. The Mayan Calendar provides a framework of measurement that allowed the builders of the Calendar to track the progress of each Sun and predict when the old Sun would change to a new Sun, heralding a potential change of [the] state of being for Earth’s inhabitants. The Mayan Calendar is reputed to be 5,250 years old. […] it began with the start of a “5th Sun” and completed, at midnight, on the 21st of December 2012 where the Calendar returned to zero and marked the shift to the “6th Sun”. The Calendar is actually 7,000 years old…see later.
There was a huge amount of confusion surrounding the ending of the Mayan Calendar with many predicting the end of the world…the destruction of planet Earth. The end of the Earth clearly did not happen, so what did? The Mayan Calendar is based on the time cycles that relate to Guatemala, the Mayan homeland. The Calendar ended, and re-set itself, at midnight on the 21st of December 2012 Guatemalan time.

7 am GMT in London on the 22nd
6 pm in Sydney, Australia, on the 22nd
2 am in New York, America, on the 22nd
So what happened? To understand what actually happened, we have to look at the fundamental make-up of our Universe and how we on Earth fit into the Universe’s whole and the way in which we exist.
We, humans, have become so used to seeing ourselves in a physical way that we have, largely, forgotten that we are a created collection of energy frequencies, something we call a soul or a consciousness. In order to take on our physical bodies, the soul constructs a shell made up of the energy frequencies that are specific to the Earth. This energetic shell, we more usually call our bodies. It is easy to forget that we are, like everything else that exists within the whole of Creation, comprised of energy frequencies that collect together to form physical matter. Underlying the constructive energies of this Universe is the concept of freedom of choice. Each soul exists in a state and a location of its own choosing.
In order to come to Earth, we have made a soul choice to be here and to take on the energies of the Earth in order to become physical. We become physical because we have made a free choice to experience what being physical is all about. We are not a body that has a soul but, a soul that has built for itself a body. Our souls are comprised of a specific set of energy frequencies that add up to an average of 50 dimensions. Unfortunately, not all of the energies of the soul are contained within the physical body. These dimensional energies are divided into two parts:
The so-called “Higher Self” and the “Physical Self”.
The physical self is the amount of soul energy contained within the physical body, comprising of approximately 12 or 13 dimensions, personified by the seven primary “Chakras”…see later. The remainder of the soul, approximately 27 or 28 dimensions, makes up the higher self. Both the higher and lower aspects of the soul have total freedom of choice in accordance with the fundamental energy structure of this Universe.
When we first arrived on Earth, at the time of Atlantis, we had the whole of the soul contained within the physical body. But, owing to the Earth’s particular set of energy frequencies, we decided, 7,000 years ago, to divide the soul into its higher and physical components. The reason for dividing the soul in this way was in order to explore how we could live on Earth and bring the whole of the soul back into the body…soul re-integration. This choice, to divide the soul and explore how we could re-integrate it back into the body, is known, within the Akashic, as “The Human Plan”. The full story of why we were forced to divide the soul in this way is outside of the scope of this particular essay. See the author’s previous essays and books.
The Human Plan
Essentially, The Human Plan was a plan where all of the souls that had chosen to come to Earth would, collectively, work together to discover the frequency at which both the Earth, and humans, needed to resonate in order to re-merge the whole soul back into the body and maintain that whole soul state, permanently. The Earth considers a Human Being to be a whole soul contained within a physical bodyso, for the past 7,000 years, the Earth has considered us to be sub-human. The purpose of The Human Plan was to make us a true Human Being again.
When The Human Plan was formulated, it was known that the solar system, and galaxy, work on approximately 26,000 year cycles so, the Human Plan was timed to end at the point at which one cycle completed and another begun. This beginning of this new galactic cycle, a 6th Sun, would provide us with a massive influx of new energies that would allow us to complete The Human Plan and move forwards into a new era of soul reintegration, a new era of being Human Beings once again. This is the significance of the Mayan Calendar and what the 6th Sun is all about…new energies leading to a new state of being.
According to the Akashic, the 7,000 years of The Human Plan actually ran out at the end of 2011 and this coincided with the ending of the last “epoch” of the Mayan Calendar on the 28th of October. The ending of the last epoch and The Human Plan also coincided with the ending of a huge build up of energies that brought humanity, and the Earth, into frequency parity where the process of soul re-integration could begin. The additional year between the end of 2011 and the 21st of December 2012 was given to us to allow us to clear out any final emotional problems that we had not been able to clear before then.
However, humans being humans, we didn’t finalise our part of the bargain with the Earth and a huge number of people who had stated that they were ready to undergo soul reintegration, were not. But, the Earth being the mother-figure that She has always been, took pity on human failings and, instead of insisting that those who were not in a position to undergo soul re-integration left [sic] the planet, She modulated the huge new energies of the 6th Sun to give those who lagged behind a little more time. The Earth did not need to do this as almost 3 million people, world-wide, have already undergone full soul re-integration.
No matter what reasons people come up with to excuse their lack of completion, these 3 million had overcome all of their difficulties and completed their soul re-integration. Given this level of completions, the Earth could have called a halt to our sub-human presence on Earth and, insisted that we leave and return to our places of soul origin. But, the Earth is a caring mother and She has allowed Her children a little more time to achieve their chosen aims.
