We humans need to get a grip. We are poised to undergo the greatest level of change ever seen in this, or any other, Universe. All souls, that have adopted human form, made a promise to ourselves, to the Earth and to the Universe at large that we would fulfill our promise and potential that was offered to us when we undertook a physical existence.
In 1996, we each looked at our state of readiness to reach our full potential. Every person on the planet, at that time, had the ability to achieve our goals but, only 40 percent of the, then, population decided that they were ready. Since then, we have undergone massive changes of energy, on a personal and planetary level and, have arrived at the time when our potential could be fulfilled and yet, the number of people who are ready to undergo soul reintegration has dropped. Instead of the 40 percent of 1996, by 2011 there are only 15 percent of the population who have made the necessary adjustments to their lives in order to move forwards.
These are the figures and percentages recorded within the Akashic – for a fuller explanation see below.
This 15 percent represents about 1 billion people and this figure is barely enough to carry us through our change. What is needed is a minimum of 25 percent – about 1.7 to 2 billion people undergoing soul reintegration at the same time to make our change as smooth as possible and counterbalance the forces that would prevent this change from happening at all.
Our Origins
In order to understand change, we must first understand who and what we are. Our Earth is the most important planet within our Universe. This does not mean that humans are particularly special, just that we live in a special place and are subject to energies and energetic forces that exist nowhere else within the whole of Creation. Apart from 2,800 “First-Born” souls who were created to be true “Earthlings”, every other soul that exists on Earth has come here from somewhere else within our Universe. The story of the First-Born is outside of the scope of this essay but, these are souls who were specifically created so that Earth is their place of “soul-origin”.
What does make humans unique is, that in order to become human, we must leave our place of actual soul origin, leave behind any bodies that we might have had and cloak our souls in the “soil” of the Earth in order to build for ourselves a new body. In other words, we do have a soul but, a soul that has built for itself a body that must correspond with the “human template” that the Earth considers constituting a Human Being.
In order to maintain our position on Earth, the energies of the soul must be altered so as to resonate with the energies of the planet. It is not gravity that keeps us on the planet but, the energy frequencies of the first chakra. The chakras are aspects of the soul within the physical body and the frequencies of the first chakra connect us to the consciousness energy that is the Earth. This is why the first chakra is also called the “root” chakra as it literally roots us into the Earth’s energies – an immensely powerful soul to soul connection.
Soul Energies
The Earth exists in order to explore the potential that “physical” life seemed to offer. It was always planned that a form of Human Being would exist but, not what it looked like or how it functioned. All of the forms of life that exist on Earth have been created or adopted by the Earth’s consciousness and, initially, this was also true of Her experimental human forms. However, difficulties were experienced in developing a human form that was capable of supporting a “full soul”. In order to explore these difficulties, the problems were first studied on Lemuria and, then, experimented with on Atlantis – see Synthesis for the full story of human development.
By the time that we had finished our experiments on Atlantis, we had developed a human body form that could accommodate the whole of the soul. However, we began to experience difficulties in maintaining the whole of the soul within the body and set about exploring the problem. Unfortunately, other events prevented us from finding a full answer before we, collectively, had to destroy the Atlantis continent.
The Human Plan
It took 40,000 years to undo the damage that resulted from destroying a continent and we returned to Earth about 20,000 years ago. On our return, we were as we were on Atlantis – the whole of the soul contained within the human body. It is difficult to describe what is meant by a “whole soul” state as we do not have the necessary vocabulary. The primary difference lies in the density of the human body in that a whole soul state brings about a lightening of density and major changes within our cell structures – everything becomes much lighter and much less dense.
When we began, again, 20,000 years ago, we anticipated that we would experience difficulties in maintaining this whole soul state for the whole of our natural life spans – about 1,500 years. As we began to lose some of the higher brain and psychic functions, we began to build energy enhancing structures that could re-merge the whole soul back into the body. These energy enhancing structures are the pyramids of Egypt, South America and, several other locations on the planet’s surface, as well as the Silbury Hill/Avebury/Stonehenge complex in Britain.
Unfortunately, these energy enhancing structures could only restore a full-soul state for a temporary period and so we began to look for other ways of solving our problems. The underlying problem was this:
The Earth has a resonance, a base-note frequency, with which all living things resonate. This is the frequency of the root chakra. In order to create “physical” forms of life, the Earth chose a frequency of 7.56 Hz (this means 7.56 cycles per second).
This frequency was too low to hold the whole of the human soul within the body. What we needed to do was to find out what this base-note frequency needed to be raised to in order for us to remain as Human Beings.
7,000 years ago, we put into action a plan where we could experience all of the possibilities that physical life has to offer as a means of discovering to what frequency the Earth’s base-note needed to be raised. In order to put this Plan into action, we deliberately divided the soul into two – the physical self (about 25% of the total soul) and the higher self (the remaining 75% of the total soul). This division made the physical body very much more dense than it had been and we lost most of our psychic and sensory abilities.

Chris Thomas: Illness Is A Message From The Higher Self

At long last, everyone is seeing the change that is taking place in the world. Unfortunately, most only see a move to chaos and destruction. This seeming chaos is the bringing to the surface of all that has been hidden. As the impetus for change continues to accelerate, situations which have been long hidden and unknown are coming to light in order that they can be dealt with and cleared. Much of what was accepted or hidden in the past is becoming public knowledge and those responsible are paying the political or legal price for their actions.
What we are seeing is the removal of the old as we usher in the new. If we begin to renovate our houses, we must first demolish all that is worn out and unwanted in order to make way for the fresh and, the new. Nobody is immune from this work of restoration. All past problems, personal as well as global, must be brought to light, and cleared, so that there is the space to propagate and nurture the new. As we approach a new year, the speed of demolition must increase as we are a little behind in our work. Do not despair if your world, or the world at large, looks like it is crashing around your ears. This is only to remove the old and, once demolition is complete, our new futures will begin to unfold in all the glory of the beings of full consciousness we are becoming.
So have courage, always ask questions…and make sure the bottle of ‘Rescue Remedy’ is on hand. Everyone who is undergoing change is asking questions. This is one of the questions my wife Di and I are most asked by our clients or those who attend our talks.
[Q] Are all illnesses governed by our genes (DNA) and, therefore, pre-programmed as the medical profession often insists?
[A] A very emphatic NO. Illness arises from the emotions we express, or do not express, in the situations we encounter in life.
Our experiences in life are guided by our higher elements of consciousness, the ‘Higher Self’ or HS for short. If we do not quite meet the expectations of our HS and stray off our path, the HS communicates this to us by accentuating the accumulation of emotions we have stored away by not expressing ourselves as fully as we should have done. The best guide to which aspects of our lives we have not fully dealt with are the concentrations of consciousness (soul) energy within the body which we have come to know as the ‘chakras’. Understanding the aspects of life that each chakra works with, and the organs associated with each of the seven chakras, is an infallible guide to which area, or areas, of our life we need to pay closer attention to…to bring ourselves back onto our path.
Even doctors and scientists are gradually realising that every cell in the body responds to our expressions of emotion and it is how much emotion contained within a bodily organ that determines how efficiently that organ functions and, consequently, our state of health. It is these emotions, and not our DNA, that lead this process. However, DNA does have a role to play. To build the body in the womb requires about twenty-five percent of the gene sequences in our DNA. Once born, we need about three percent of our DNA to grow and develop. All the rest of our DNA is memory. Seventy-five percent of DNA is memories of past lives and, once we have left the womb, twenty-two of the twenty-five percent used to build the baby’s body changes to storing the experiences gained during our current life.
Also, as we undergo change, our DNA is expanding. Over the past twenty-five years, there has been talk of many children being born with an additional four or five strands of DNA that activate at birth (in addition to the usual two). These are the so-called ‘Indigo’ or ‘Star’ children. The extra DNA represents more memory contained within the body and gives these children their ‘advanced’ capabilities. Our full compliment of DNA will eventually be thirteen strands to the helix. The same is true for adults. The more ‘demolition’ work we do, the more we clear out, the more DNA we build as the HS downloads more of itself into the body. The next few years may well be traumatic and we need to put these future events into perspective…they are symptoms of change. The more we accept and work with these changes, the faster we will catch up with our children.

Chris Thomas: The End of the World?

Dear Friends,
Oh deary, deary me. What a fine mess we seem to have gotten ourselves into. Just as we were beginning to believe all the messages that we are changing for the better, we seem to be surrounded by more and more chaos and, confusion. If we are changing, raising our energy frequencies, how come everything seems to be becoming worse?
As we undergo our ‘changes’, what we are actually doing is bringing more and more of our soul energy into the body, until we once again become a true human being. Let me explain: For the past 7,000 years our human form has been divided into a ‘physical self’ and a ‘higher self’. The physical self, that which we refer to as the human body, has only contained about one-quarter of our total consciousness, our total soul. The higher self has made up the other three-quarters.
At long, long last we have found the way to reintegrate the whole, to bring the whole soul back into the physical body. That is why I always explain to people that we are not ‘ascending’ anywhere. We are just becoming ‘whole’, we are just becoming human. This is what is meant by change.
Always remember that, fundamentally, we are energy. Einstein’s Theory of Relativity is correct: all things ‘physical’ are made of energy and that energy cannot be destroyed, it can only be altered. The same applies to consciousness energy, the energy that is the soul. Consciousness is not just seated within one small region of the brain, as current scientific thinking is suggesting. The energy that is the soul infuses all the cells of the body and, extends via the chakras and aura far beyond the physical confines of the body.
We began this process of soul reintegration back in 1996 and, as we did so, we began to realise that we had a great deal of accumulated emotional debris to clear. Our state of seeming chaos is entirely brought about by the amount of emotional debris we have built up over the past seven thousand years.
We have become used to not being us. We have become used to wearing masks, presenting faces to the world that we think the world wants to see. We have become so un-used to showing our true selves and, we have kept our true selves so hidden that, even we do not know who we truly are any longer. We have become accustomed to believing the web of falsities we have woven around ourselves and the journey to re-discovering who we really are is proving uncomfortable. This is the reason for the chaos. This is the reason for the confusion.
The simple answer is that we have become used to not being honest and this lack of honesty has led to all the confusion (conflicts, wars and prejudice) that we are currently experiencing.
As we reintegrate the higher elements of consciousness, our higher selves are requesting us to become more and more honest with ourselves and, with those with whom we share our lives. The further we progress through the process of re-integration, the more this request becomes an imperative and the less we can hide from the requirements of the higher self, the requirements of the soul.
We have also begun to realise that truth has its own vibration. Words spoken to us by others become recognised for what they are: the truth or not. This ‘feeling’ for truth is also adding to our confusion. Conventions or ideologies we accepted as truth in the past are now being seen as less than truth.
What we, now, need to do is to bring all our new understanding, of what is honest and what is not, to bear on all aspects of our lives. The way to remove the chaos from our lives, and from humanity as a whole, is to be as honest as possible within every situation…honest with ourselves and honest with those around us. This is how we complete our process of change…by being totally honest in everything we do. If we all became totally honest tomorrow, we could all complete our reintegrations the day after. The truth is that powerful!
Becoming honest begins with little steps. If someone asks you a question, reply in as honest a way as possible. This does not mean forgetting about diplomacy but, it does mean expressing your truth. If someone makes you angry or sad, or upsets you in any way, let them know as honestly as possible what their actions have done. It is no good trying to ‘let it go with love’ any longer, as that is a false situation and, it will only lead to resentment and a delay in your personal development. Neither is it good to think that, by being honest, you will ‘hurt the other person’s feelings’. You are assuming that your honest reaction is going to be hurtful but, how are you able to judge what price the other person has put on their feelings? Being dishonest, by not expressing your true feelings, always creates more harm and damage than being honest does. Of course we need to be as diplomatic as the situation or person warrants but, we all need to begin to realise that we cannot pre-judge someone else’s reactions. Do not forget that being honest with someone gives them full permission to be honest in return and that builds a stronger relationship.
The soul, the higher self, is not a hard taskmaster. All that it requires of us is that we be ourselves and be as honest as it is possible to be in any given situation. It is not a question of being rude or unthinking, just of being who we truly are without masks.
The end of 2011 is the date we humans have set ourselves to finally complete our process of reintegration. Every single person on the planet has the potential and capability to fulfil the task we have set ourselves. Whilst time seems short, all that is needed is honest communication…with ourselves and others. Once honest communication in all aspects of our lives is achieved, individually and collectively, we automatically and, without further effort, become more than we have ever dreamed possible.

[Herbert] Hi, Chris,
A number of us who absolutely resonate with your material have been discussing and, one very sharp individual has confirmed your analysis and provided the evidence contained in this YouTube video (in the forum post) where Bartzis lets it slip (catching himself in mid sentence) that he has been channelling Ashtar Command. So, you got it spot on and they wanted to thank you and, to let you know what they found (part of the email).
[Chris] Thanks for the link to Bartzis on YouTube but, I really don’t watch that kind of rubbish.
Some questions my friends would like to ask you:
[1] Chris, several of my friends wonder if you are planning anymore books or articles regarding the Akashic and, if you plan on doing anymore updates on the human plan. Also, would you be available to do an Internet radio interview?
[Chris] At the moment, all of the energies of the new sun are hitting very hard and, so, the whole situation is in a state of flux. This makes it difficult to come to any useful conclusions and, so, I am not planning any new books (they take about 18 months to produce in any way) or a new essay just yet. I have already done about 10 Internet radio interviews with various stations around the world . . .I would be happy to do another one.
[2] Since experiences expand human conscious sentience and that is stored energetically in our soul’s Akashic DNA (increasing the soul energy frequency and expanding size, I guess), do all individual planets also have their own Akashic stored in their soul’s energetic DNA?
[Chris] The Akashic exists on many multiple levels, none of which are fractal-like or hologram-like. As events occur, on planets, in solar systems, in galaxies, etc, they are all recorded in the “local” Akashic. All of these local records interconnect with each other to build up to a Universal Akashic. Ultimately, the purpose of the Akashic is to allow the Creator to learn from the experiences undergone in a particular universe. Strictly speaking, souls do not have DNA, at least not in the way that humans have DNA. DNA memory only exists on Earth because of our peculiar physical nature and the division of the soul into two.
[3] I understand that the moon’s main function is to act as a (electromagnetic) balance tool which stabilizes Earths wobble, ranging from 17 degrees to 23 degrees, as we jointly spiral around the spiralling sun . . . Knowing that our moon is positioned in such a way between the Sun and Earth, that scientists say goes statistically, and significantly, against the random odds, does that mean our moon has a soul consciousness and, therefore, its own Akashic? Or, was it simply that Earth’s consciousness sequestered a piece of the exploded planet and it, somehow, became sort of globe shaped and Earth/Sun consciousness (gravity) put it where it would, fortuitously, allow life to continue on Earth? We have been told there is a lot of technology on the moon and there is a base on the dark side. Is the moon really hollow?
[Chris] When the first two planets within our solar system decided to leave, they exploded causing the asteroid belt. Both of these planets, exploding close to the orbit of the Earth, generated a disruption to the local energy patterns giving the Earth a slightly eccentric orbit. The Earth “captured” about one quarter of one of the planets to use as a counter balance to settle Her orbit. In doing this, the planetary consciousness (of the destroyed planet) left a portion of its consciousness in the fragment to help the Earth. This fragment became the moon and the portion of the original consciousness still remains. See the essay I did earlier on this year about gravity but, the moon is not held in place by gravity. Gravity, as described by scientists, does not exist. All planets, moons, solar systems, galaxies and the Universe, itself, hold their relationships by conscious interaction, what scientists call electro-magnetic forces. There is [a] long-standing base on the dark side of the moon, since the early 1950’s but, I would not encourage anyone to try remote viewing it as there are far too many psychic watchers who will attack if they sense your presence. Mars also has a human base. It has been there since the mid 1980’s. The moon is not hollow as such. If you think of magma flows here on Earth, when they cool, gas voids are formed under the hard shell. The same with the moon. It is full of gas voids as the original planet’s core cooled. It “rings” if you strike it because of these gas voids.
[4] Does the Akashic hold anything that is denoted as “Time Wars”? A Quarantine that is presently in place surrounding Earth or our Solar System? Apart from the Velon travelling back in time are there any other
instances where time travel has affected life on Earth?
[Chris] The simple answer is no. It is not possible to travel forwards in time as the future has not yet happened. [See Question 9]
[5] Given that the reptilian race were the 14th Faction from another Universe, does that mean there are zero reptilians left in our Universe?
[Chris] Correct. They and all of their energies were removed with the 14th Faction in 2003.
