POTD: All Seeing Eye
This was propped up against a building in downtown, about two blocks from my house. I was out for an afternoon walk and it was an unusual sight. It’s no longer there and I have no idea who it belonged to, who put it there or…where it went. I found it creepy but, took a picture of it, anyway. ~Vic

I haven’t gotten a shot of our now-blooming Narcissus. They started coming up last month. They seem to enjoy the cold weather. I’ve seen them bloom with ice on the ground. ~Vic

I am an avid herbal tea drinker. My favorite brand is Traditional Medicinals. They always put inspirational thoughts and quotes on the tea bag tag. I love this one. ~Vic

FFTD: Late Bloomer
I have no idea what this is nor can I tell if it is a flowering shrub or a small tree. It doesn’t mind cool weather but, sadly, the hard freeze the next day destroyed all the blooms.

Shutterbug Saturday: Old Halloween Stuff
It’s finally October, home month of jack-o-lanterns, ghosties, ghoulies, witches (the cartoon type), bats, spiders, skeletons, and the like, for the upcoming Halloween. I love wandering around to get shots of local decorations, much like Christmas. This post, however, covers some of my old stuff…stuff collected over the years (remember email forwards?)…stuff I didn’t take, myself, plus…a really cute video from 2005. POTD: Examiner Encounters 3.0
I posted a couple of pictures from my Examiner days back in May. I found another one. I took several pix while working but, I have them scattered. There may be more. I don’t remember why she had the Service Dog. She certainly wasn’t blind and didn’t have any disabilities. I think she may have been a trainer. What an adorable baby. ~Vic
