[Note: I made a Fifth Dimension post on December 2, 2018. It was Chris Thomas’s first attempt to try to explain the “Ascending to a 5th Dimension” nonsense. It was one of his earliest essays and it was posted on the, now, defunct Mount Zion 144 Forum on May 15, 2011. This essay revisits the 5th Dimension issue and became Chris’s very last, full-length essay. It was published on October 30, 2013, on the One-Vibration Forum, via a blog post by one of his clients.]
Introduction
Over the past number of years, we have heard repeated claims that we need to “Ascend to a 5th Dimension”…these claims coming to us from a number of channeled sources such as Ashtar Command, Sananda, St. Germaine, The Agarthans, The Galactic Federation of Light, etc., etc… We have all read these messages from our inter-galactic “friends” and, for the most part, many people have accepted these claims and offers of help at face value in the hope that the actions of these alien beings will resolve all of the desperate problems we have here on Earth. In fact, so desperate are we to remove ourselves from the current conditions on Earth that we are prepared to accept these promises of help without question.
Rarely, if ever, have people asked themselves what “Ascending to the 5th Dimension” would actually mean for us humans, or to the planet we live on. Currently, scientists describe us as living in a three dimensional world. There is nothing special about this description as all it describes is the fact that we are physical. Each of us, and the objects we encounter in life, have a physical form that is described as being three-dimensional. We can measure these three physical dimensions in a physical way […] the length, width and height of our physical world define who we are in terms of physical bulk and, also, our physical location in relation to other objects or to other people. That is what is meant by ‘we live in a three-dimensional world’. We have a physical presence and a physical existence.
Whilst time can be measured in a linear fashion, one second following another, one minute following another, one hour following another, etc…it is not the way in which we perceive time. For example, if we are having a busy day, then, one hour can feel as though it has passed in a minute, whereas, if we are having a very boring day, then, one minute can feel to have taken an hour. So, whilst time can be measured, we perceive it in different ways depending upon our circumstances. Also, if you talk with quantum physicists, they will tell you their theories about multiple dimensions existing outside of our solar system. But, these are just theories and are not “provable” in any way, as we cannot access anything that exists outside of our solar system. [For] all intents and purposes, we are three-dimensional beings who live on a three-dimensional planet that exists within a three-dimensional solar system. What occurs outside of our solar system and the dimensions in which other planets exist or, the dimensions in which other forms of life exist, is totally unknown to science.
Five Dimensions
So, what can be meant by the “5th Dimension”? The fundamental problem is that nobody knows. Neither can we comprehend, from our three-dimensional world, what a fifth-dimensional world would look like or how it would function. Those who have listened to, and believed in, these channeled messages assume that existing in a 5-dimensional world is superior to living in a 3-dimensional world. But, how do we know? We don’t. We assume, without any kind of knowledge or understanding, that living in a 5-dimensional world is better than living in a 3-dimensional one.
Why would we assume this? Those who have channeled these messages have never explained what the implications of changing our world from 3 to 5 dimensions actually means. How will it change our lives? How will it change the planet? How will it change the solar system? To these questions no answers have been provided. However, the most important question of all is:
Can we, and the planet, survive in a 5 dimensional existence?
Answer:
No answer to that question has ever been provided by those who propose that we shift to a 5th dimension. We have just assumed that it is possible. We will return to that question a little later.
Dimensional Differences
Our solar system, and particularly the Earth, exists as a three dimensional, physical, reality. Let us pose a question:
What if we, humans, decided to “Ascend to the 5th Dimension” whilst the Earth decides that She wants to stay in Her three-dimensional, physical existence. What would happen to us? What would happen to the Earth?
After all, we have been Created with the absolute freedom to choose our path in life. If we decide to move on and the Earth does not, what would happen? That is a difficult question to answer as we do not have any awareness or experience of anything other than our three-dimensional physical world. This question has been considered by many scientists over the centuries and explored in many books and movies. So, here is one example of what could happen.
The TV series Star Trek: The Next Generation had an episode that explored this question. Captain Jon Luc-Picard [sic] and the crew of the Starship Enterprise were warping through the galaxy when the ship came to a sudden halt. The engines and all of the ship’s systems were working perfectly. They could detect nothing outside of the ship that could have stopped them and, yet, they were marooned in space. They fired one of their “probes” out into space to look at the ship from the outside but, could not see or detect anything. They could not move forwards or backwards nor could they move up or down…just locked into position without anything, apparently, stopping them. Eventually, they realised that the probe had filmed an extremely thin line, virtually undetectable, at the mid-line of the ship. What the ship had hit was a colony of beings that existed only in two dimensions. In other words, they had width and depth […] but, no height. The three-dimensional humans, and their three-dimensional technology, could not detect the existence of these beings and, the two dimensional beings could not perceive the three-dimensional ship.

That’s the problem with channelled messages, they can appear to be one thing but, be something else, entirely. Just try to ignore anything channelled as it is all Velon. When you ask questions, you don’t ask little ones, so, I will see what I can do. [Answer from Chris Thomas]
[Herbert] Hi, Chris,
A number of us who absolutely resonate with your material have been discussing and, one very sharp individual has confirmed your analysis and provided the evidence contained in this YouTube video (in the forum post) where Bartzis lets it slip (catching himself in mid sentence) that he has been channelling Ashtar Command. So, you got it spot on and they wanted to thank you and, to let you know what they found (part of the email).
[Chris] Thanks for the link to Bartzis on YouTube but, I really don’t watch that kind of rubbish.
Some questions my friends would like to ask you:
[1] Chris, several of my friends wonder if you are planning anymore books or articles regarding the Akashic and, if you plan on doing anymore updates on the human plan. Also, would you be available to do an Internet radio interview?
[Chris] At the moment, all of the energies of the new sun are hitting very hard and, so, the whole situation is in a state of flux. This makes it difficult to come to any useful conclusions and, so, I am not planning any new books (they take about 18 months to produce in any way) or a new essay just yet. I have already done about 10 Internet radio interviews with various stations around the world . . .I would be happy to do another one.
[2] Since experiences expand human conscious sentience and that is stored energetically in our soul’s Akashic DNA (increasing the soul energy frequency and expanding size, I guess), do all individual planets also have their own Akashic stored in their soul’s energetic DNA?
[Chris] The Akashic exists on many multiple levels, none of which are fractal-like or hologram-like. As events occur, on planets, in solar systems, in galaxies, etc, they are all recorded in the “local” Akashic. All of these local records interconnect with each other to build up to a Universal Akashic. Ultimately, the purpose of the Akashic is to allow the Creator to learn from the experiences undergone in a particular universe. Strictly speaking, souls do not have DNA, at least not in the way that humans have DNA. DNA memory only exists on Earth because of our peculiar physical nature and the division of the soul into two.
[3] I understand that the moon’s main function is to act as a (electromagnetic) balance tool which stabilizes Earths wobble, ranging from 17 degrees to 23 degrees, as we jointly spiral around the spiralling sun . . . Knowing that our moon is positioned in such a way between the Sun and Earth, that scientists say goes statistically, and significantly, against the random odds, does that mean our moon has a soul consciousness and, therefore, its own Akashic? Or, was it simply that Earth’s consciousness sequestered a piece of the exploded planet and it, somehow, became sort of globe shaped and Earth/Sun consciousness (gravity) put it where it would, fortuitously, allow life to continue on Earth? We have been told there is a lot of technology on the moon and there is a base on the dark side. Is the moon really hollow?
[Chris] When the first two planets within our solar system decided to leave, they exploded causing the asteroid belt. Both of these planets, exploding close to the orbit of the Earth, generated a disruption to the local energy patterns giving the Earth a slightly eccentric orbit. The Earth “captured” about one quarter of one of the planets to use as a counter balance to settle Her orbit. In doing this, the planetary consciousness (of the destroyed planet) left a portion of its consciousness in the fragment to help the Earth. This fragment became the moon and the portion of the original consciousness still remains. See the essay I did earlier on this year about gravity but, the moon is not held in place by gravity. Gravity, as described by scientists, does not exist. All planets, moons, solar systems, galaxies and the Universe, itself, hold their relationships by conscious interaction, what scientists call electro-magnetic forces. There is [a] long-standing base on the dark side of the moon, since the early 1950’s but, I would not encourage anyone to try remote viewing it as there are far too many psychic watchers who will attack if they sense your presence. Mars also has a human base. It has been there since the mid 1980’s. The moon is not hollow as such. If you think of magma flows here on Earth, when they cool, gas voids are formed under the hard shell. The same with the moon. It is full of gas voids as the original planet’s core cooled. It “rings” if you strike it because of these gas voids.
[4] Does the Akashic hold anything that is denoted as “Time Wars”? A Quarantine that is presently in place surrounding Earth or our Solar System? Apart from the Velon travelling back in time are there any other
instances where time travel has affected life on Earth?
[Chris] The simple answer is no. It is not possible to travel forwards in time as the future has not yet happened. [See Question 9]
[5] Given that the reptilian race were the 14th Faction from another Universe, does that mean there are zero reptilians left in our Universe?
[Chris] Correct. They and all of their energies were removed with the 14th Faction in 2003.

Introduction
Over the past number of years, we have heard repeated claims, by channeled means, that there [have] been several wars, fought across several galaxies, by various “Alien” races. These wars, ultimately resulting in humans being dumped on the Earth, which has acted as a “prison” for us ever since, [implied] that humans have no place being on Earth but, should be repatriated to their “original home world”…usually via a “5th dimension”. Not one of these stories is correct and, yet, so many people have fallen for them. However, it is becoming more and more clear that a “War” is being fought. […] this is not a war between various alien races but, by the Velon against themselves. The purpose of this “War” being, to determine which of the Velon races controls the Earth and turns humanity or, what will be left of it, into a slave race. Despite the Velon aim, it is humans who are allowing this to happen…not only allowing it but, encouraging and supporting this war.
The Velon
I have described the Velon many times in my books, articles and essays, so, I am not going to explain them, again, here, in any great detail. The Velon are one of the original seven semi-physical races who originate in a solar system they call “Velos”. Velos is located in a galaxy that is thirty-two galaxies distant from ours and is located behind the constellation of Sagittarius. Their solar system has two suns and eight planets. Three planets orbit around one sun whilst four planets orbit around the other. The eighth planet orbits around both suns and takes approximately 3,600 years in so doing. The solar system is peopled by a race who calls themselves Velon. The reason for the name Velon, and the solar system being called Velos, is because the primary solar system consciousness calls itself Velus (there is a secondary solar system consciousness but, I have been unable to determine what it calls itself).
The Velon peoples have divided themselves up into six races or factions. These divisions are along the lines of we on Earth calling ourselves German or Dutch or Mexican, etc…, or humans calling themselves Buddhist or Jewish or Zoroastrian, etc… The Velon have divided themselves up into races that call themselves:
Annunaki
Jjundaa
Johnaan
Hathor
Oa
Mila
These divisions within the Velon seem to follow along religious lines although their ideology behind these divisions is not very clear. Approximately 300 years ago, Velus had some kind of revelatory moment and decided that the whole of the Velon race should move to Earth (see Universal Soul, Human Soul, Project Human Extinction and The Annunaki Plan? or The Human Plan?).
Under the direction of Velus, the Velon began to build massive ships that could travel the distance between their home galaxy and ours. These ships were huge “ark” ships in that they could carry up to 900,000 Velon in each ship. Each of the six Velon races devised their own strategies for travelling here and each of the six races built their own ships. Also, each of the six Velon races began to develop plans for how they could be the first to claim the Earth, and our solar system, for their own. When these numerous ships arrived just outside of our solar system, they came to a halt as they realised that the Earth was already inhabited. With this realisation, each of the races began to devise new strategies for taking control of the Earth and removing the vast majority of humans off the planet. Their plans also included the removal of virtually all living things off the planet in the same way as they have done on their home planets. So, how have the Velon races, or factions, set about removing humans from the Earth? In studying the Earth, and humans, each of the Velon races made use of Velon technology.
[Note: The technology employed by all of the semi-physical races is primarily energetic in nature. In other words, their technologies are not “physical” in the way that we would understand it but, comprised of energy patterns that fall outside the range of human senses for us to even realise that there is anything there.]
The main forms of technology that the Velon used on humans amount to “spying” devices. These were implanted into humans without their knowledge or their consent. In doing this, the Velon broke the only Universal “law” that exists:
All souls have absolute freedom of choice to choose their actions. What cannot be done is for a soul to act in such a way that removes the freedom of choice of another soul to act freely.
These energy “implants” are also the source of the huge belief that “alien” races always implant humans. This is not true. The only race that has ever implanted humans with any kind of device are the Velon. Where people have claimed that they have removed physical implants (such as ones made of metal or plastic), these are false, or at least man-made, rather than of “alien” origin and the claims are deliberately intended to mislead…a form of disinformation. All of the so-called “alien” races are semi-physical in nature and, therefore, do not use or even manufacture devices that are physical. To us, all alien artifacts would be made of energy and this energy is of frequencies that are outside of the range of human senses. In other words, if you can physically pick up an alien artifact or even x-ray it, it isn’t an alien artifact.
So, roughly three hundred years ago, the Velon arrived en masse at the external boundaries of our solar system.

Introduction
I don’t know about you but, I like looking at sunsets. It doesn’t seem to matter how bad a day it has been for me, or for anyone else on the planet, taking a few minutes at the end of the day to watch the sun drop below the horizon just calms the nerves and renews my sense of well-being. During August, I have paid particular attention to the sunsets, attempting to catch a glimpse of the “new sun”, the one we are assured is called “Nibiru” that has been travelling through our solar system dragging its seven planets along with it. As I sit at my keyboard, I realise that I am, actually, sitting at my keyboard. I am not sitting at another keyboard in some alternate universe. I have not been vapourised by the bow “shock-wave” that this sun Nibiru was reputedly pushing before it, destroying all life in the solar system. Funny that. But, on the other hand, it looks as though the HGF (Human Gullibility Factor) has been working overtime.
For several months, we have been warned by those who claim to have insider knowledge from the NSA, CIA, NASA, and the Vatican, telling us that Nibiru is on its way through our solar system, wreaking its destruction, despite any evidence that could support these claims. Oh, how I long for the time when humans finally wake up and re-integrate their souls back into their bodies because, then, we wouldn’t have to put up with any more of this c**p.
A History of Nibiru
The name Nibiru is most usually associated with the translations of the Annunaki material by Zecharia Sitchin. Sitchin was acknowledged as the world’s leading expert at translating ancient Sumerian “Cuneiform” writing into English. In the 1960’s, Sitchin began translating a collection of clay tablets that were reputed to be about 5,000 years old. These tablets state that the story they tell was dictated to a Sumerian scribe who, accurately, recorded the story being dictated to him.
*Note: The story was dictated to a scribe, therefore, it had to be dictated by “someone”. This someone is never identified in the story the clay tablets tell. If, as claimed in the story, the information was the actual history of humanity, then, the history would have been recorded as it happened. In other words, the history was common knowledge amongst all of the people. So, why was it necessary for a story to be dictated to a scribe? The answer is, that, it is just that…a story and not reality.*
I have commented on the lack of truth, and the lack of validity, of this dictated story many times in my books and essays, so, [I] am not going to repeat the story here. Enough to say is, that it is a complete fantasy, deliberately designed to mislead people in the current times into believing that our “creators” are an alien race, known as the “Velon”. Within this dictated fantasy story is the “legend” of the planet Nibiru. Please note the word planet. The Velon/Annunaki fantasy story claims that Nibiru is a “travelling” planet that enters our solar system every 3,600 years.

Several of its orbits have caused problems within our solar system, destroying one planet with the Earth and, the asteroid belt being made from the debris of this collision. According to Sitchin’s translations and calculations, the last time that this fictitious planet entered our solar system was about 2,200 years ago (about 200 BC). This means that the next orbit is not due for another 1,400 years from now.
Are there any human traditions that have a record of a “travelling planet”? No, there are not. Chinese records, Egyptian records, Celtic traditions, Native American traditions, Aboriginal traditions, Inuit traditions, Eskimo traditions…not one of them tell of a planet that travels in and out of our solar system. Is there an ancient Earth people who speak of a planet called Nibiru? Yes, there is. This is the ancient Assyrian Empire centered around the ancient city of Babylon. Except, as far as the ancient Assyrians are concerned, the name Nibiru was their name for the planet Jupiter in our own solar system although the Assyrians possibly spelled it “Neberu”, meaning “The Ferry”.
However, the fear-mongering that has been going on over the past few years, especially in recent months, refer to a sun called Nibiru that has entered our solar system, destroying all in its advance. Quite why Nibiru had changed from a single “travelling planet” to a sun with seven orbiting planets has been impossible to track down. There does not appear to be any reason, whatsoever, to explain why Nibiru has changed from a single planet to a whole solar system…at least none that I have been able to find. The only explanation seems to be that a fictitious travelling whole solar system engenders far more fear in people than a fictitious single travelling planet does.
Why Try To Make People Afraid?
For the last 1,700 years, there have been those on the planet who see themselves as an “elite”. In order to control the population and to make them believe what this elite wants them to believe, the elite have found that, by far, the best way is to make people afraid. By creating situations of fear, especially the fear of things that do not exist, the elite have created a society that is made up of individuals that are extremely gullible and can be forced to act in ways which go against their intrinsic nature. There are many, many examples of this behavior throughout human history, both in the past and in the present.

I have included Eric Idle’s Galaxy Song for the same reasons that I used it as the frontispiece for The Human Soul, published back in 2007. The reason is to show, in a non-serious way, how little we really understand about our Universe, our solar system, the Earth and ourselves. Humans have become so focused down onto the minutiae of our day-to-day lives that we forget that we have a greater purpose beyond being a “wage slave”. The other main problem we seem to have developed over the past few years is that we only see the world around us in very small “bites”…if it isn’t immediately in front of us on our computer screen, we don’t consider it and, as soon as we change the website, we have forgotten what we read on the last web page. We seem to have forgotten all about context and history.
Mr. Idle’s little ditty also highlights another problem we have. We see ourselves as being very small and this makes us insecure. Added to which are the determined efforts by the “Elite” to keep us in a permanent state of fear so that we only think about our lives in reference to whatever is currently making us afraid. Given that we do not understand who, and what, we actually are, how we are deliberately kept in a state of fear and, we do not remember what our true place is within this Universe, is it any wonder that people have begun to look for help from beings, and places, beyond our solar system?
The line in the song: “And pray that there is intelligent life somewhere out in space…” seems to have caught a great many people’s interest and, they are looking to other races to come in and save them from themselves. However, the Velon, and all of their misleading disguises, should not be seen as being “intelligent life”. If we properly understood ourselves, and our place in current Universal history, we would know, absolutely, that we have all of the information and the tools we need already with us here on Earth. We already have everything we need to solve our problems as part of our fundamental make up. We have just forgotten that we are so much more than we have been propagandised into believing.
The Situation Since 1996
December 21st 2012 was a critical day in a series of recent critical days that began in 1996. To try and re-tell our history, as recorded in the Akashic, at this point, would be pointless. This is fully covered in my books. But, some historic connections need to be made in order to explain the significance of 1996 and the critical days that followed up to the present. To understand the present, you have to place it into its historical context, otherwise, what is happening now cannot be understood properly.
The Earth revolves on its own axis. The Earth orbits around the Sun. The Sun travels around its own orbit, travelling at 200 Km/hr. On its orbit, the Sun travels through many regions of our galaxy and, every 26,250 years, the Sun aligns with the center of the galaxy. With this galactic alignment comes a new burst of energy that can be used to rejuvenate the energies within our solar system, if the planetary consciousnesses choose to so do. This 26,250 year cycle is the one referred to in the ancient calendar systems, the most well known of which is the Mayan Calendar.
We began to enter the central galactic energy stream a few years ago but, the energies, as far as their potential influence is concerned, reached its peak between the 29th of October 2011 and the 21st of December 2012. This is why these dates have significance. This is why human plans (The Human Plan) were timed to reach their conclusions at this time…to take maximum advantage of the fresh energies arriving from the galaxy center. This is the Mayan 6th Sun.

The Situation Post 21/12/12
Many people have asked me for an update of our situation following the passing of the 21st of December 2012 “deadline”. This essay is not intended to be a full update as not all of the information is yet available to carry out a full assessment of where we are and what exactly happened on the day. However, two things are already very clear:
[1] The reason for so few people undergoing soul re-integration is, as a result of, human lack of belief in themselves. I am not going to explore this aspect in full as this will be the subject of a future essay.
[2] Given that there were so few completions on that date, those who would re-shape the world into their view of a “New World Order” have stepped up their plans of moving people in directions that the NWO wish to go whilst totally ignoring the choices of the people.
It is this second situation that I would mainly like to explore in this essay and, in doing so, will highlight many of the reasons for the seeming “failure” of so many to re-integrate.
New World Order?
This is a term that has been used by most leading politicians, as well as many others, in recent years. However, not everybody is familiar with the term and certainly not with its implications. Think of Aldous Huxley’s [sic] novel “1984” [Note: George Orwell wrote 1984. Huxley wrote Brave New World, a very similar novel. Chris Thomas got his authors reversed. He was under enormous strain while writing in 2013. This is the last year he wrote anything.] and that will give you some idea of what the term “New World Order” means. Essentially, the plan is to create a one world government, a one world bank and a one world police force. A central government that rules the world and enforces its policies with a police force under its direct control.
Is this a bad thing? Well think about the governments we currently have. Are they honest? Do they carry out “the will of the people”? Do they treat all of their citizens equally? Most people would answer no to all of those questions. Imagine all of the political corruption there would be if there was only one world government. If you were a part of, or favoured by, that government, you would be allowed to get away with virtually anything. If you were not favoured by the government, you would be made to suffer or even be imprisoned.
There are far too many examples of these kinds of behaviour in the world today by individual governments. The only thing that holds back their, sometimes, extreme behaviour is the reactions of other individual governments. Without those individual governments expressing their views, the one world government could do as it pleases without hindrance. But, would this one world government actually be there to carry out the wishes of the electorate or would it be under the control of what has become known as “the industrial/military complex”?
At the time of writing, a bill is passing through the American government (Obama Administration) that has been written by the GMO company Monsanto. Known as the Monsanto Protection Act, it gives the company total immunity from all health and environmental controls that are currently in place in America. Monsanto are looking to be able to plant any genetically modified organism (GMO) anywhere it chooses on American soil with total immunity from any current or future environmental law. “Monsanto’s Law” has been passed by the American Congress and is headed towards the American Senate where it is anticipated it will pass without change.
Then, we have the situation in Guantanamo Bay prison. Both President GW Bush and President Obama have granted pardons to more than half of the prisoners held at Guantanamo as they have been proven to have no connections to any terrorist organisations. The Presidential Orders further state that the prisoners who have been granted pardons be repatriated to their home countries. The military controllers of Guantanamo have ignored both Presidents, locked down the prison, refused access to the prisoners’ legal representatives and stopped commercial flights into the area. The prisoners have responded by going on a hunger strike and this hunger strike has had a news blackout as it has not been reported in the western media.
We have all seen the recent banking situation in Cyprus. Due to EU and government policies, the banking system in Cyprus is in a state of dire collapse. The European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund have stepped in with a rescue package of measures. The first thing they did was to reduce the level of state benefits to pensioners, the disabled, etc…by twenty percent and halt the spending on government projects. They, then, close the banks, preventing people from accessing their own money. They insist on a one-off tax of ten percent of all the money individuals hold in their bank deposit accounts. When this causes riots, they modify this tax to taking ten percent but, could be up to eighty percent, of the accounts that hold more than one hundred thousand Euros. The Bank of Cyprus collapses because of the activities of the European Central Bank, International Monetary Fund and the Cyprus government and, who pays the price for it? Ordinary people who have tried to generate some savings against a rainy day. Most people now see this as the model for future bank bailouts.
We have already had situations where governments gave the banks many millions of tax payers’ money but, next time the banks deliberately mess up the economy, they will plunder our savings accounts. At the time of writing, I have heard strong rumours that the Canadian government is looking to pass a law that gives them the powers to act in the same way as the Cyprus government is acting when future problems arise in the banks in Canada. Imagine how safe your savings would be if there was only a one world bank?

Chris Thomas: The OPPT, The UCC & The HGF

In recent weeks, the Internet and some media has been inundated with claims made by an organisation that calls itself The One Peoples Public Trust or OPPT. The OPPT claim that they have established a Trust bonded to the original American Constitution of 1776. They further bonded every single person on the planet into this trust and claim to act in the interests of every single person on the planet. The OPPT claim to have filed legal documents with the UCC that make claims: “Understanding that corporations, governments and banks are one and the same, an “Order of Finding and Action” was filed against the “the debtor”, a legal entity created via the UCC process which encompasses all corporate entities. The filings claim that the Debtor “knowingly, willingly and intentionally committed treason” by “owning, operating, aiding and abetting private money systems” and “operating Slavery Systems used against…citizens without their knowing, willing and intentional consent”.
In other words, all of the Earth’s resources are owned by people and not corporations or governments. This is a right given to us because of our connections to the “Creator” and cannot be contested.
The OPPT further claim that as they filed these documents with the UCC under a “non-rebuttal” clause and as the “debtor” has not rebutted these claims, the documents filed by the OPPT now become law. The OPPT further claim that: “Lawfully, nobody can stand as a superior authority between you and your relationship with the Creator. Having removed the control-mechanisms of economy and government, the One People’s Public Trust leaves individuals in full liability, being personally responsible for themselves and for ensuring the free-will rights of others. There is no longer a structural chain of command. No rules. No corporations to hide behind. You are – as the Creator intended – a Being and a guardian of our planet and its inhabitants.”
Having read these documents and claims, my first question was: The American Constitution was not written in 1776 so what do they mean? First of all, the only event of note that happened in 1776 was the establishment of the Bavarian Illuminati. Then, in July 1782, the Illuminati incorporated the Order of Freemasons at the Congress of Wilhelmsbad. The American Constitution was not written until 1787 and was not ratified until the 21st of June 1788 – note: of the 55 signatories to the American Constitution, 50 were known Freemasons. So, what American Constitution has the OPPT bonded themselves to and, by extension, bonded every single person on the planet? Certainly it is not the American Constitution as everybody knows it as it was not written in 1776. Does this mean that the OPPT have bonded everyone to the Illuminati and the Freemasons? Given that every school child in America is well schooled in the history of the American Constitution, the OPPT stating that it was signed in 1776 is, obviously, a deliberate mistake. If it isn’t a deliberate mistake, the error would negate their claim to passing a law.
My second question was: Who are the UCC?
The UCC
In several OPPT documents and emails, they refer to the UCC as “Universal Commercial Code”. If you Google this name, you receive no hits – the Universal Commercial Code does not exist. But, Google does come up with a number of hits for UCC and the organisation that exactly matches the OPPT’s description of the organisation with which their documents are filed is an American organisation whose full name is “Uniform Commercial Code”.
To quote from the UCC’s website:
The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC or the Code), first published in 1952, is one of a number of uniform acts that have been promulgated in conjunction with efforts to harmonize the law of sales and other commercial transactions in all 50 states within the United States of America.
In other words, the UCC is, effectively, an NGO which does not have any legal powers or even the power to police the policy documents it writes. All it can do is to recommend policy to individual State Legislators and it is, then, up to the particular State to adopt these recommendations or not. If the individual States then decide to adopt the UCC’s recommendations, it passes laws to adopt them. The UCC does not pass laws. The UCC has no legal standing and no legal powers, even within the USA, let alone anywhere else in the world. The UCC does have a legal department who check and advise on State law but, their website does not make any reference to the OPPT filings (their website, when I visited it, was updated on the 28th of February 2013).
Other Problems
The OPPT claim that they filed papers with the UCC under what the OPPT claim is a system of “rebuttal”. What this means is that if the person or organisation the actions are filed against does not “rebut” the allegations within a certain time frame, the filed actions automatically become law. There is a process, in some legal situations, whereby, if an accusation or claim is made against a defendant, and the defendant does not present a defence, the court finds in favour of the claimant, automatically. This only applies if the claimant files their complaint in a recognised court of law. However, the UCC is not a court of law, it has no legal standing anywhere in the world and it cannot make judgements or rulings on any document that is filed with it.
Think of it this way:
You are a car salesman who believes that people throughout the world should only buy American-built automobiles. So, you join together with other car salesmen who have the same thoughts and form a trust. As a trust, you then write a document containing all sorts of impenetrable legal-sounding language stating that the citizens of the world can only buy American-built automobiles, lodge these papers with the UCC claiming that unless this new “law” is rebutted within 6 months, the trust’s idea becomes law throughout the world.
If the form of legal processes the OPPT claim to have worked in their favour was true, think how many other law suites [sic] would be brought about through the UCC and throughout the world for all sorts of bizarre rules that favour one group against another. It would be legal chaos. This is why the use of a rebuttal clause can only be decided in a court of law.
Additionally, the OPPT claim to have access to a “higher source of information” that they call the “Eternal Records”. I have encountered this phrase “Eternal Records” only once before and that was about 10 years ago. This was when someone set up a website claiming to be in “direct communication” with some Galactic Council or Galactic Federation or other, that they could, through the Velon, access these Eternal Records and, that, only the Velon had access to these records. Nobody else in the Universe did. By claiming they have access to the Eternal records, the OPPT are linking themselves in with the Velon and, the Velon controlled Illuminati (by the way, the “Eternal Records” do not exist except in Velon fantasy). Apart from the documents the OPPT have been putting out on their website, and the Internet in general, there have been a number of articles written about them in alternative magazines and newspapers. There has also been a series of four articles written about them and published in The Guardian newspaper on-line edition. The Guardian Express articles were written by Andy Whiteley, who is a publicist for the OPPT. Presumably, other articles have been published in other “mainstream” newspapers but, I have not had access to them.

Introduction
First of all, I have to say that I am not an expert on the Mayan Calendar. I am aware of the “epochs” and “rounds” of the Calendar but, not the workings of the “tuns” and “bactuns” that make the Calendar work. Having said that, the only date within the Mayan Calendar that seems to have captured everyone’s imagination, and concern, is that of the 21st of December 2012 (21/12/12 or 12/21/12 depending on which country you live in).
The Mayan Calendar is not the only ancient calendar that exists on the planet. The ancient Egyptians had their own calendar form but, this is largely lost to us as academics and “pyramidiots”, sorry Egyptologists, have kept it from non-specialist eyes. However, the Egyptian Calendar also notes a major shift in our existence towards the end of 2012. The Chinese also have their own calendar system going back at least 5,000 years. Their calendar is known in the west but, has been reduced to a fortune-telling tool – the I Ching. The I Ching also foretells of major changes at the end of 2012. There are a number of other ancient calendar systems from around the world but, most have been lost or have been deliberately destroyed to hide their contents away from the westernised world.
As far as the Akashic is concerned, the most important date occurred at the end of 2011. This was the completion of The Human Plan, which has been in operation for 7,000 years.
Background
Our solar system is unique in that it is the only place within our Universe where life exists at a level of energy compaction we call “physical”. In all other parts of our Universe, life exists at energy levels that are considered “non-physical” or “semi-physical”. I am not going to describe those states of being here as they are fully covered by my books and previous essays. Virtually all of the souls that exist in human form have originated from the non-physical or semi-physical regions of our Universe. In other words, their “soul origins” are not of this solar system but, have chosen to come to Earth to experience what it is to be physical.
There are souls whose soul origin is Earth but, they are outside of the scope of this essay.
Originally, every planet in our solar system supported physical life as well as a version of the life-forms we call human. 3.6 million years ago, this situation changed and the only planet within our solar system that continued to support life since then has been our Earth.
Life has continued on one of Jupiter’s moons but, that is outside of the scope of this essay.
The primary purpose of our solar system is to explore the possibility of developing and sustaining a form of life that is capable of containing the whole of a soul within it. On Earth, this life-form we know [is] Human Beings. Please note the capitol [sic] letters. Again, I am not going into the complexities of Human existence in this essay as that history is detailed in my books and previous essays.
The full state of being Human we achieved on Atlantis but, for various reasons, we destroyed that continent 65,000 years ago. Following the destruction, we returned to Earth 25,000 years ago and started again. At that time we were also a full Human, the whole of the soul within the physical body but, we began to lose our “higher” faculties. […] so, we developed a strategy for how we could explore the possibilities and potential that Earth presented and, also to find a way to achieve full Human status again. Essentially, the loss of our higher faculties amounted to a loss of some elements of the soul from the body. The strategy we developed was designed to help us find a way of re-merging the whole of the soul back into the physical.
This strategy we named “The Human Plan” and we began working with it 7,000 years ago.
The Human Plan
The definition of a Human Being is a “physical” being that contains the whole of the soul. By the time we put The Human Plan into operation, our souls were divided into two: the “physical self” and the “higher self”. This divided soul state meant that the Earth considered us to be “sub-human”. That is human with a small “h”. The Human Plan was very simple:
We would live a series of lifetimes experiencing all that there is to experience by being in a physical body living on a physical planet and, collectively, we would pool our gained knowledge until we found a way of returning the whole of the soul back into the body…become Human again. In order to achieve this, the Earth’s consciousness gave us a time limit of 7,000 years. That 7,000 year period finished on the 29th of October 2011.
At the same time as we set The Human Plan into action, all of the ancient calendar systems were begun. Given that most of these ancient calendars have been lost to us, in one way or another, the only one that remains is the Mayan Calendar.
The Mayan Calendar
The Mayan Calendar was actually begun 7,000 years ago but, it spans a time-frame of roughly 26,000 years. The basis of Mayan traditions is connected with the phases of development that our solar system underwent. Each stage required differing energy potentials and these potentials were supplied by our sun. Therefore, the Mayan Calendar records sun cycles and, according to Mayan traditions, we are approaching the end of the “5th Sun”. This means that we are leaving the current phase of energy requirements, supplied by our sun and, are about to enter into a new phase of development which requires a different combination of energy frequencies…a “6th Sun”.
In comparison with The Human Plan, the Mayan Calendar appears to be out of sync. The Human Plan came to its completion at the end of 2011 (according to the Akashic), whilst the Calendar comes to its completion on the 21st of December 2012. To understand this, we need to look at the Calendar as a whole. Again, I must state that I am no expert on the intricacies of the Calendar with only a basic understanding of its cycles. I am sure that there are many people reading this essay who have greater knowledge of the full workings of the Calendar, so, I apologise in advance if I have some of the detail wrong. My intention is to show some of the basic workings and put it into context within The Human Plan in relation to the 21st December.
We are used to using calendars in our daily lives as a means of counting off the days from the start of the year or of counting the days until an event is due to occur. The Mayan Calendar is different. It does count off the number of days but, it also contains predictive elements, in that it predicts cycles and major events known as “Epochs”. When the Calendar is worked backwards, it can be used to go backwards for many thousands, if not millions, of years and it has been shown to predict some events, in that those events occur at the end of the cycles built into the Calendar. These ends of cycles, or the markers of major events, are even more pronounced when the cycle marks the end of an Epoch.

[Preface: This was a list of questions sent to Chris Thomas in 2012 via email from a client of his. These are his answers.]
[Q] Many of us ready for change are not seeing it and patience is running thin. How would you respond to that?
[A] At the moment, we are in a time when all of the work that has gone before has to settle to its natural level, a kind of consolidation of all of the positive energies that are at work and, so, it might appear as though not a great deal is happening.
The truth is that there are new positive energies at work that are breaking down the controls of the likes of the Velon/Illuminati. At the moment, the most important one is to do with the financial control, as this is the basis of their power. This power needs to be broken, so that is happening, now. Very soon, we will see major problems with the banks and with economies as the financial structure begins to crumble.

[Q] Many of us are worried and angry about chemtrails in our skies. What are the main reasons for them?
[A] Chemtrails are mainly either insecticides (to kill off the insects that pollinate so that GM has to be grown) as well as chemicals that will make people unwell. I am aware of the nano particles but, I cannot find any that have been used from chemtrails…yet.

[Q] Similarly what about all the HAARP facilities around the world?
[A] Just about every country in the world has HAARP stations. They are used for two things…to control the weather, which also kills off insects and normal crops (we have had double our normal rainfall this year in Britain and lower temperatures) but, mainly it is used to flood the whole planet with ELF energies (Extra Low Frequencies) in an attempt to slow down the Earth’s energies and, the rate at which humans can change. This is very deliberate. However, HAARP cannot stop us changing no matter how hard they try as all of the positive energies cannot be stopped.

[Q] You mention in one of your books about a new atmospheric layer. What is that for?
[A] The new layer to the Earth’s atmosphere is to help in protecting people from increased radiation from the sun so it is beneficial to us.

[Q] There are a lot of empty cities in the world that no one knows what are they prepared for. Any ideas?
[A] As far as I am aware, every country has newly built empty towns and cities. I have no real idea of what they are actually for. The only thing that I can think of is that there will be an attempt to empty the country side and put everyone into towns where they can be better controlled. They just have not started on this programme, yet but, it would fit in with the aims of Agenda 21 from the Rio climate summit.

[Q] On the Internet, there have been many pictures of odd “grid lines” in China. Any idea what these are about?
[A] I have no idea what these grids are in China or their purpose but, they do seem to be new. In other words, they were not built in ancient times like the Nazca Lines in South America. I know that there are 9 HAARP stations in China, so the photo that looks like an airport could very well be a new design for a HAARP station but, I am not certain.

[Q] Are there ET ships around the Earth visible to us?
[A] The three Pleiadean ships have been in orbit around the Earth for many years and have remained invisible to the vast majority of people during that time. So, the ships are not being hidden by anything man-made, just the energies of the ships themselves.

[Q] How would you sum up the human/Velon/Illuminati relationship now?
[A] Don’t forget that we are approaching the “end times” as predicted by the Mayan Calendar. As the energies for change continue to build, the Velon/Illuminati are doing everything they can to disrupt these energies and to distract people away from what they need to do. So, of course, the Illuminati are becoming more active but, their options are limited to what people will believe. They cannot force people to be taken in by them. It has always been the choices made by people that have given the Velon/Illuminati their power. But, as we make use of these new energies, the Velon/Illuminati’s ability to mislead is diminishing and, so, they are trying harder and harder to try to hold on to their control.
It has always been that some people see the truth of a situation whilst most do not. This is what has allowed the Velon/Illuminati to take control. Humans have always found it easier to go along with what they are told to do rather than to stand up and fight. But, this is changing. As we move further through 2012, more and more people are waking up and, so, the Velon/Illuminati cannot keep hold of their power and control.

[Q] Can we talk directly to the Creator/God?
[A] Humans do not, and never have, communicated directly with the Creator. We are too small to do that. It is organised religions, who have also tried to mislead us and control us, that have given us the idea that humans can communicate directly with the Creator but, it was never true.

[Q] Can HAARP destroy our DNA?
[A] DNA is memory. It has nothing to do with communication and HAARP cannot alter it.

[Q] You say a number of people have already undergone soul integration. Are they doing anything to help the rest of us achieve this goal? And, can anything in the end actually prevent this process from occurring?
[A] Everyone who has undergone soul re-integration is helping to overcome the Velon/Illuminati, as is everyone who is ready to make this change. The problem is that so many people do not want to know what is going on and, so, do not want change to happen. Also, there are many people who want the Velon to help them, so, [they] are holding the Velon in place by their choice and, no matter how much change is wanted, we cannot go against free choice, no matter how wrong that choice might be. But, we are getting there. We chose the Velon/Illuminati mainly by choosing not to make a choice. We went along with them instead of choosing not to have them.
The very latest that this change will happen is the 21st of December 2012 and there is nothing that can stop this change from happening. The fact that you are aware of change and want to move forwards is as good a guide as any that you will be making this change. The chances are that, once you have undergone soul re-integration, you will live where you are living now. Why would you move away from home?
I cannot fully describe what having a whole soul in the body is like as we do not have the vocabulary to describe it. Try to remember that there is nothing that can stop humans achieving soul re-integration. Every soul, within this Universe, wants it to happen and are doing everything they can to help us. The very latest this change will occur is 21/12/12.

∞ First of all, I would like to pass on the gratitude expressed by the Earth Consciousness to all of those who expressed their love and support towards Her on the morning of Tuesday the 20th of March 2012. Much was achieved and a great deal learned. ∞
Introduction
Over the years, I have spoken to a great many people about the change of consciousness that is occurring on the planet. I always asked the question:
“What is the best way of achieving soul re-integration?”
Whether in groups or individuals, the most common answer was:
“Somebody will come in and do it for us.”
It was only on very rare occasions that the correct answer was given:
“We need to work on ourselves and work with Mother Earth.”
Why is it that we look for help outside of the Earth? Could it be that we lack confidence in ourselves? Could it be that we have adopted the scientific materialistic view and see the Earth as an inert lump of rock? Could it be that we have forgotten that
everything that we are, whilst human, we owe entirely to Mother Earth? Or, all of the above?
Humans live on a free-floating planet whose very soul has dedicated Her existence to our nurture and well-being. If it was not for Mother Earth, humans would not exist and, yet, the majority of people never acknowledge Her existence, let alone realise that everything that we are, or ever could be, is totally dependent upon Her and the abundance She has provided us with. We, as a soul, have chosen to come to Earth in order to take on a human life. In order to become human, our soul receives permission from the Earth and, then, connects to the Earth consciousness. This is why the first chakra is also called the “root” chakra as our soul connects itself directly to the Earth’s soul in order to take on physical, human form. In order to become human, we, literally, connect our soul to the Earth’s. This is how it has always been.
Throughout the whole of human history, we have needed to become integrated with the soul of the Earth in order to take on human form and, yet, we seem to have forgotten this fundamental fact. We also seem to have forgotten that our soul is much, much bigger than the portion that inhabits the physical body. The soul of a human is immense and, for reasons discussed later, we divided it into two portions: the higher self, comprised of three-quarters of the total soul and, the physical self, comprised of the remaining one-quarter. We are currently very close to the time where we will be able to fully merge the two aspects of our soul back into the physical body. But, instead of remembering that, in order to achieve soul re-integration, we need to work very closely with the Earth, we look to something or somebody from outside of our solar system. Why?
Spring Equinox 2012
Since 1996, every soul that has chosen to take on human form has made a series of choices. The primary choice has been whether to proceed to re-integrating the whole of the soul back into the physical body or not. This was a free choice, nobody stood in judgement of us. This was a decision made by both the higher self and the physical self together. In the period since 1996, other choices have been made and each human alive on the planet, today, is very different to what they were in 1996. The last major decision we individually made was in November 2010 when the opportunity to raise our personal energies was available to us. By raising our personal energies, we would reach frequency parity with that of the Earth.
The reason for the need to achieve frequency parity with the Earth involves a long explanation and is covered fully in my books and, previous essays but, essentially the story is this… The soul is pure energy without any physical density. In order to become physical, we needed to slow down the lower frequencies of the soul to match those originally chosen by the Earth. The frequency originally chosen by the Earth was 7.56 Hz and all of the life on Earth resonated at that frequency. When humans first came to the Earth, we had the whole of the soul within the physical body and we modified our root chakras to also resonate at 7.56 Hz. However, this frequency proved to be too low to maintain the whole of the soul within the human body and we decided to work with the Earth to find out what this “base-note” frequency needed to be raised to in order to be able to maintain the whole of the soul within the human body.
The Human Plan
The Human Plan was begun 7,000 years ago and all that it was intended to do was to work out what the new base-note frequency was needed to be in order to maintain the whole of the soul within the human body. This is why it was called The Human Plan. It only really applied to humans. All other forms of life on Earth were very happy with the original frequency and experienced no problems. A time limit was set, on The Human Plan, so that if a new satisfactory base-note frequency could not be found, humans would leave the Earth and return to their place of soul origin.
This is the purpose of human life over the past 7,000 years and, with a great deal of help from Mother Earth, that new frequency was discovered. On the 30th of May 2000, the Earth altered Her base-note frequency to the new frequency of 3.5 kHz overnight. All of the life on Earth, apart from humans, also changed their energy patterns on that day. Humans being humans decided we needed a little more time to think about it.
The final date that humans could make their decision was November 2010 and, so, began an acceleration of human root chakra frequencies that took a year to complete. Finally, on the 28th of October 2011, humans once again achieved frequency parity with the Earth and the human root chakra now resonates at 3.5 kHz. This was the very last date that could be accommodated within the Human Plan. Remember, this change of frequencies was solely to benefit humans. Every other form of life on the planet did not need to make this change. This is a prime example of how Mother Earth provides for us, nurtures us and gently guides us to help us achieve our goals.
The 28th of October has another significance. It was the actual end of The Human Plan, allowing us the time between 28/10/11 and 21/12/12 to get our act together and undergo our completions. Those who are familiar with the Mayan Calendar will know that the date 28th of October 2011 was when the Calendar completed all of its “rounds”. On that date, the Mayan Calendar registered a date of 13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13. signifying the end date. On 21/12/12, the Calendar resets itself to 0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0. signifying that a new set of rounds is beginning and nobody knows how long the new “Sun” will last but, it will be an absolute minimum of 5,000 years.

[Note: A previous post from December is very similar to this post. This is an update of sorts.]
Since my article Consciousness Change was published in Cygnus Review in February 2011, I have received numerous requests for an update. The end of October proved to be a time when all of the planned-for energy shifts and the completion of the last ‘Epoch’ of the Mayan Calendar came together to produce a move into new possibilities which lead into a new future. Human energy frequencies have now reached frequency parity with the Earth’s at 3.5 kHz and the end of the last Epoch allows us to move into the start of new cycles of existence. There were no fireworks to the completion of these two events, just a quiet sigh of satisfaction of a job well done and a quiet acceptance of the turmoil that the new energy will bring into the new year.
Our New Resonance
A great deal of our true past has been deliberately hidden from us by those who would attempt to keep control over us. As our levels of consciousness continue to rise to our new resonance, all of the ways in which controls have been exerted over us are being exposed and those who are awakening to the new consciousness are now more able to see world events for what they are. Unfortunately, we are likely to see these kinds of events continuing for a little while longer as those who exercised that control misguidedly believe that they still do. The recent events in Libya and, what is happening with banking and the Euro
being prime examples.
So what are the rising energy frequencies actually doing? For some people, there is a realisation that they have resolved all of their life’s problems and are ready to move on to the final stage of soul reintegration. For others, long ignored problems and issues are forcing themselves to the surface in such a way that they cannot be ignored any longer. Intuition and the chakras need to be paid attention to. However, once these long ignored problems are dealt with and resolved, they too would feel ready to move on to the final stages of change. This is what the recently completed energy acceleration was actually intended to do – to force us into resolving all of the emotional rubbish we have been refusing to let go in order to make way for the greater aspects of the soul to reintegrate into the body. The soul cannot reintegrate if the body is filled with emotional debris (see Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Your Body [130609] and The Sequel to Everything [130610]).
A Higher Perspective
As this emotional clearance takes place, we begin to see world events, and the people around us, in a new light. Instead of being bogged down in the detail, we can see world events from a higher perspective and, instead of worrying about them, we can rise above them…see them as symptoms of change, and final clearance, instead of seeing them as symptoms of a continuing problem. For many people, though, there is an increasing sense of frustration. This arises from the fact that they have sorted all of their problems out and, feel ready and eager to take the final step.
As far as the Akashic is concerned, worldwide, there are currently over two and a half billion people who are ready and able to make that final step into full consciousness reintegration. So, what is stopping them? The answer is that there are many who would maintain the current state of control and fear-mongering in the population and, they are attempting to prevent any of this change happening. If individuals underwent their final soul reintegration by themselves, they would almost certainly be incarcerated in order to prevent the rest of the world from seeing them and knowing that they exist. We would see persecution on an unprecedented scale. However, if there is a mass consciousness shift involving over 2.5 billion people, the move to change becomes unstoppable and cannot be ignored or hidden away.
The timing of the final move to total soul re-integration is still a little in the planning stage. We know what we are doing and we know that we are ready. It is just a question of when. Two and a half billion people represent about 35 percent of the total population – exactly on track – and when we move forwards together, nothing will be able to stop this change from occurring. The latest that this mass shift will occur will be during 2012.
A Time For Patience
All any of us can do until then is try to be patient and not to become depressed or caught up in world events. The world is cleansing itself of all harmful influences as a part of this change and we need to let it happen. Attempting to stop it will only prolong the agony and delay our mass reintegration. Try to remember that everything is doing exactly what it needs to do and everything is happening for a purpose. That purpose is to cleanse this Earth of all influences that would hold us back. Once we have ALL completed our individual soul reintegrations together, we will then be able to work together to return the Earth to Her original pristine condition and, move into a new and unpolluted future.
We are so close to completing the 7,000 years of ‘The Human Plan’ that all we need to be is patient for a few more months in order to achieve a future on our beautiful Earth that has no limits.

Current Thinking
As we begin our return to being a full “Human Being”, many people’s thoughts are turning to the Earth and wanting to help to re-awaken Her consciousness. Whilst these thoughts are, on the face of it, admirable, the question arises as to whether the Earth actually requires our assistance or not? Does She require to be re-awoken or have some people misread the situation? The main problem is one of scale. If you look at the photograph, above, you will see, through the clouds, North and South America in their place within the oceans and, the sphere of the Earth. What is not shown in the photograph is any thing to do with man. Even our cities are too small to register within the continents, let alone individual people. Yet, the photograph encompasses the whole of the Earth. In other words, on the scale at which the Earth exists, humans, along with all of our endeavours, do not even register.
The Earth is a soul, a consciousness, who has survived through many trials and disasters in order to fulfil Her promise. She is an immense consciousness capable of acts of Creation unseen in any other region of our Universe. Throughout the whole of Her existence, She has nurtured life and, in particular, nurtured humanity to the point where we can fulfil our own promise and potential. We are tiny, insignificant souls in comparison to the immensity of the Earth’s own soul and, yet, human arrogance has led many to believe that the Earth needs our help at this time of change.
All loving thoughts that humans direct towards the Earth are, obviously, appreciated by Her but, we must remember the difference in scale, the difference in soul potential, that exists between humans and the Earth. In all of the [many] millennia of Her existence, She has never slept and, She has never forgotten the life that relies on Her for their physical presence and well-being. As humans begin to fulfil our potential, in terms of soul re-integration, She is with us. She is supporting us and, She is providing all of the love and nurture that we humans will allow Her to give to us. But, we live in a Universe that is founded on the energies of freedom of choice and, so, Her activities and support are limited by how much we choose to let Her do on our behalf.
If we throw back Her help, such as by attempting to build “portals”, it holds Her back. If there was a need for “portals” that opened gateways to regions outside of the solar system, She would have already built them for us. The fact that they do not exist is very clear evidence that those who have asked for the portals to be built are not working with the Earth but, against Her. Another recent request that has arisen from those who are not working with the Earth has been to “charge up the Earth’s crystal deposits”. In order to help us with all of the energies we require to make our consciousness change, the Earth energised all of Her crystal deposits on the 2nd of August 2004. The recent call to “charge up the crystals” was an attempt to take control of the energies, that are helping people, away from the control of the Earth and transfer all of that energy into the control of a race that does not have the Earth’s, or humanity’s, best interests at heart.
To understand just how much the Earth is doing to help and guide people through our soul re-integration, we need to take a brief look at what She has done in the past to bring us to the point where we can now, at long last, begin to be ourselves and, return to being true Human Beings once again. In understanding Her role and the extent of Her desire for true Human life, we can also begin to understand that we are the masters of our own destiny and, that, we do not need help from anywhere or anyone other than from the Earth Herself.
Earth History
Our solar system was deliberately designed to be an experiment. The purpose of this experiment was to determine whether life at the energies we consider to be physical could actually exist. Throughout the Universe, many, many billions of souls exist. Some are souls that make up galaxies, some are souls that make up solar systems, some souls are more or less “human sized” but, have no physical density at all and some are also more or less “human sized” but, do have physical bodies that are considerably less dense than human bodies. So, there was a form of life that was missing…“physical” life-forms that live on “physical” planets. This is the purpose of our solar system…to explore the possibilities offered by being physical.
A region of an outlying galaxy was selected to be the host for this physical experiment where a sun already existed. This lone sun was also a consciousness, a soul. This solar soul agreed to provide the nurturing energies to a solar system that was formed from thirteen souls who wished to take on “physical” energy densities and explore the different forms of life that being physical could conjure up. This all happened 40 million years ago. This time-scale is greatly at odds with current “scientific” thinking but, this is the time frame that is recorded in the Akashic. The scientific time scale, that of 4 billion years, is based on the assumed age of a meteor that could have arrived on Earth from anywhere within the Universe and, so, is no more than a false assumption.
Our solar system is contained within an energy “envelope” that is shaped a little like a rugby ball. This envelope was necessary in order to keep out all of the other energy patterns that exist within our galaxy and within our Universe. There is not much point in creating an experimental region of space if it could be contaminated by energy patterns that could make the experiment pointless. So, we exist in a controlled and protected “envelope” that originally contained thirteen souls who had taken on the role of forming physical planets that could create and nurture as diverse a range of physical forms of life as possible.
All were successful.
All thirteen planets began to form 40 million years ago, each expressing the “personality” of their soul in the forms of life they created. Individual souls are Created by the Creator, planetary life is created by the soul of the planet. However, the soul that is the Earth took Her time to consider all options before She settled down to experiment with the type of life-forms She wanted to develop. In this way, life on Earth only began to develop 25 million years ago. Again, this is very much at odds with the scientific view of life on Earth. However, if you research back through the history of scientific thinking, you will find that this figure of 25 million years is one which was favoured by scientists for a number of years. It only changed when the “new” science of geology came along and tried to find answers to the ages of rock strata. Most of the assumptions made by these early geologists turn out to be based on false premises but, scientists being scientists, they have not admitted to their mistakes and, have maintained the false theories and incorporated these false dates into current thinking. When the meteorite, mentioned above, was found, they came up with this new age of 4 billion years for the Earth. The technique used to arrive at this date has never been explained, adequately. It seems to have primarily been conjecture and wishful thinking.

New Energies
Humanity is primed to undergo the greatest shift in consciousness that has ever been seen in the history of our Universe. Seven thousand years of human history, “The Human Plan”, is approaching its fruition and 2012 promises to be the year when all of our hard work, our aspirations and dreams, finally come together to re-merge the whole of the soul back into the physical body. But how will this happen? How will we know when the time is tight? How will we be at the end of this change? The change we are undergoing has never been attempted, anywhere, in the whole of Creation, so, we are having to feel our way into our new future but, there are some clues and signposts along the way. One such “signpost” has just begun to emerge from the mists that shroud our future.
The Present
Over the past ten years, more and more people are waking up to the fact that all is not well in the world. Political posturing and lies are being uncovered. Real conspiracies are being brought to light and, the mood of the population is for clarity and the end of being subject to the whims of an “Elite” (also known as Illuminati, Cabal, Bilderbergers, etc…). All of this uncovering is a part of our own awakening.
For almost 300 years, we have been mislead by those who see themselves as being above the rest of humanity and these “Elite” have forced themselves into positions of political power in order to create an agenda to which the rest of the world was subjected without our conscious knowledge. As we moved into the 21st century, cracks began to appear in the elitists’ plans and, more and more people have become aware that an agenda is at work and, that this agenda affects every man, woman and child on the planet. However, we have been largely powerless to do much about it. Any signs of discontent are stomped on, immediately, with increasing severity. The media is controlled to the point where the Elite can tell any lie without being questioned and any proof of the Elites’ agenda is ridiculed as a “conspiracy theory”. But, the energy is changing.
Cosmic Forces
The year 2012 has long been prophesised as the end of the world. Many have taken this statement literally and, see this year as being one of catastrophe and the end of all things to do with Earth. But this is not the case. It is the end of life as we have known it for the past seven thousand years and a change into a new way of being. This duality of endings and new beginnings is not accidental but, has been planned for 7,000 years and, planned in such a way that a number of different forces and energies all combine together at the same time to produce a new reality.
Time Line
In 1996, a new energy was connected to the Earth from deep within the Universe. This new energy is designed to provide us with all that we would need to bring about a change of consciousness. This new energy began by gradually changing the way in which we see ourselves, our place on Earth and our place within the Universe. In 2002, the Earth altered Her own energy patterns. This change on an Earth level was purely to help humans to move on. The traditional “base-note” frequency of the Earth was 7.56 Hz. In 2002, this was raised to 3.5 kHz. This massive change in frequency was to accommodate the needs of people so that the higher self could be re-integrated back into the physical body.
By 2005, we had reached the point where we humans could begin to move forwards. We had, to a certain extent, absorbed and come to terms with the “push” generated by the 1996 energy but, we were still far away from our goal. As we moved through this period, the first people to re-integrate the soul back into the body began to so do. These re-integrations were very successful and virtually no problems were encountered. People undergoing this process is still underway today but, only gradually.
By the end of October 2010, we had raised our individual and collective energies to the point where we could begin a new acceleration. Between the start of November 2010 and the 28th of October 2011, humans raised their own base-note energy frequencies into full alignment with the Earth’s new frequency. By the end of October 2011, we had reached full frequency parity with the Earth at 3.5 kHz. Whilst a major step forwards, this was not the start of full soul re-integration. A number of events need to occur before we can achieve that.
During this period, there were numerous attempts to distract us and prevent us from fully understanding our potential. The two Gulf Wars, Afghanistan, the attack on New York’s twin towers on the 11th of September 2001, the bombing of London on the 7th of July, 2005, and, the attack on Libya in 2011 were all engineered by the Elite and carried out by secret services (CIA & MI6), as well as the military-industrial complex in order to create as much fear as possible in the population.
Add to these atrocities, the deliberate manipulation of the banks and money markets and, we have a population that is subdued, fearful and, more importantly, fearful of their futures. Adding to this level of fear is the total myth of man-made global warming. Instead of moving into our consciousness shift with an open heart and understanding, the Elite attempted to stop this change in its tracks by forcing people to see the world as one where they were unlikely to survive. Fortunately, we are not on our own.
The Earth
All too often we forget that this lump of rock we live on has a consciousness of Her own and despite this lack of human regard, the Earth still sees us as Her “Children”. The Earth, too, has been heavily involved in The Human Plan. In fact, nothing could have been planned and worked out without Her. Along with the new energy source that arrived in 1996, the orbit of the solar system brought us into growing alignment with the centre of our galaxy. The energy arriving from the centre of the galaxy also added to the impetus for change. This galactic alignment has become more direct since 1996 and we are now, at the end of 2011, bathed in positive energy patterns never before seen. All of these new energy sources are acting together to help us.
When we began to help ourselves and completed our base-note frequency acceleration, the Earth could begin a new phase of development. This, She began on the 13th of December 2011. This new source of energy brought about by the Earth is feeding into the human mass-consciousness and its purpose is to bring about a new wave of change. The level of dissatisfaction brought about by the activities of the Elite means that the human mass-consciousness has reached critical mass. This new Earth energy is there to gently push the human mass-consciousness to a point where we create a tsunami for change.

DNA: Two, 12 or 13 Strands?

Understanding DNA
We are all aware of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) but, very few of us actually know what it does in the cell structures of the body. Medically, it is described as:
“The very long molecule that winds up to form a chromosome and that contains the complete code for the automatic construction of the body. The molecule has a double helix skeleton of alternating sugars (deoxyribose) and phosphates…”
But this is far from being the whole story.
In recent years, we have seen an increase in the number of workshops being offered, sometimes at considerable expense, to help people raise their number of DNA strands from the traditional two to twelve. So, what is the benefit of changing our DNA in this way? Is it a benefit, or even desirable, to change the coding “for the automatic construction of the body”? To understand these questions, we first must understand what DNA actually is.
The Construction of the Human Body
We are used to hearing from scientists that the body is a collection of cells which seem to follow some sort of pattern, of which DNA plays a part, and somewhere or other, we have a consciousness. From a religious viewpoint, we are told that we are a body that has, somewhere or other, a soul. The terms “consciousness” and “soul” mean very much the same thing but, are used separately to differentiate between the scientific view and the religious view. Most people believe that we are a body that has a soul (consciousness) but, are unsure of where that soul is. The reality is that we are a soul that builds for itself a body…not a body that has a soul but, a soul that has a body.
In order for the soul to take on a physical body, it borrows the “etheric template” of a human body, makes a copy and begins to build the body inside the womb. When the father’s sperm meets the mother’s egg, an automatic process is begun that is a function of the fertilisation process (the soul does not connect at this stage) and all that really happens is that the egg begins to divide. From both parents, the new foetus “borrows” some aspects of both parent’s DNA. These are basic characteristics such as skin colour and hair colour…no more than that, everything else about the foetus is determined by the soul of the incoming child. After about 800 cell divisions, the soul of the foetus makes its first connection to the growing bundle of dividing cells. At this stage, the soul is not connected to the cells but, begins to imprint the etheric template. After about 16 days, the soul’s connection to the foetus begins to strengthen and it is at this stage that DNA begins to play its role.
At this stage in a foetus’s development, DNA breaks down into 2 separate parts:
[1] Seventy-five percent of the total DNA is the storage of memories from past lives. If an experience in a past life needs to be resolved within the body during this lifetime then, the memories of that past life trauma are added at this point. These memories can take the form of a disability, such as a missing limb or, they can be as a result of the past life event imprinted into the body for this life. For example, if a previous life ended by your being shot to death, the memory of the bullet wounds can show themselves as moles on the skin.
[2] The remaining 25 percent of the total DNA is needed to construct the physical tissues of the body around the etheric template. As the foetus grows, this percentage gradually drops until, at birth, only about ten percent is needed to continue the body’s development. At puberty, when the body has effectively stopped growing, the percentage drops to about three percent. This three percent is the amount of DNA that keeps the body functioning for the remainder of its life. When doctors claim that they have worked out how DNA works, it is this three percent of which they speak whilst claiming that the remaining 97 percent is “junk”.
However, from puberty onwards, the function of DNA breaks down like this:
[1] Seventy-five percent is the storage of past life memories.
[2] Three percent maintains the body’s physical processes.
[3] Twenty-two percent records memories of the events that take place in this lifetime.
Physical memories are only stored in the brain for very short-term periods, only a couple of years at most. Long term memory is stored within the DNA. This is the reason why the elderly can remember very little of their recent lives but, can remember their earlier life in great detail. As the cell structures of the brain begin to break down as we become older, much of the short-term memory is lost whereas the long-term, DNA, memory is fully intact and becomes easier for the elderly to access these memories as their brain cells become less efficient. This is the actual make up of DNA. It is principally memory.
The Higher Self and The Physical Self
A Human Being is defined, by the Earth, as a physical being that contains the whole of the soul. When we first came to Atlantis, this is the state in which humans were. However, we encountered problems and, eventually, decided to divide the soul into two parts. The soul was to be divided into the “physical self”, about 25 percent of the total soul and, the “higher self”, the remaining 75 percent of the soul. This division took place about 7,000 years ago and we have been in this divided state ever since (see Synthesis). However, we set ourselves a time limit of 7,000 years to find a way to re-merge the two aspects of the soul back into the physical body. This is the process we are currently undergoing.
To understand what this means, we need to take a further look at the body/soul connection. As can be seen from earlier, the soul begins to make a very tentative connection with the growing foetus at about 800 cell divisions following egg fertilisation. The connection of the soul to the developing foetus remains limited until about 16 weeks into the pregnancy. As the foetus develops in the womb, all of the past life memories, or disabilities, are incorporated. After about 16 weeks, the soul decides whether all of the memories to be incorporated into the foetus have worked correctly. If they have not incorporated correctly, the foetus is miscarried. If incorporated correctly, the soul begins to draw itself into the body.
This drawing into the body by the soul has three stages:
[1] At about 16 weeks, the foetus is given life and begins to respond to the mother.
[2] At birth, or just before, enough of the soul is drawn into the body to be independent of the mother.
[3] At puberty, the final piece of the soul, that is to be incorporated into the body for this lifetime, is drawn in.
The soul is not located in a particular region of the body. The soul infuses every single body cell. The body takes the shape of the soul and the soul inhabits the body…or, at least, the “physical aspect” of the soul inhabits the body. The “higher aspect”, or higher self, remains outside of the physical body but, very closely connected with it.
However, in this lifetime, we are re-writing the rules.

There is a great deal of confusion raging over the issue of time and whether there are alternate time-lines at work on Earth and, if so, will these alternate time-lines have any affect on the changes in consciousness we are currently undergoing. To begin with, we need to understand the nature of time and how it affects our lives, whether on Earth or in the Universe beyond. On Earth, we are used to understanding time as being a linear progression. Our Earth revolves around the sun on an orbit that takes a regular, measurable, quantity of time to complete. We take this orbital time as one year. Each year is sub-divided in ways which depend upon the amount of sunlight received by regions of the planet…these are the four seasons.
Next, the Earth revolves on its own axis, producing periods of day light and periods of darkness, called night. We have divided this regular day-time/night-time pattern into 24 hours, each hour being divided into 60 minutes which are further sub-divided into 60 seconds. So, as far as the inhabitants of Earth are concerned, time is divided into a series of regular units which count off the time-span of our lives. Ultimately, this form of measurement and division is dependent on light and the speed at which it travels. In our solar system, light has been measured to travel at 30,000,000 metres per second or 186,000 miles per hour…or thereabouts. However, we live in a solar system which is unique and the speed at which light travels is not the constant that scientists like to think it is once we leave the solar system.
Time As An Energy
To begin to understand how everything fits together, we have to step away from the limited scientific ways of gaining knowledge and turn to the “memory” that is a fundamental part of the structure of this Universe. This “memory” is more usually called “The Akashic”. The Akashic contains the record of everything that has ever occurred within this Universe. As someone who has the ability to access this record keeping aspect of the Universe, the author has spent thirty years exploring this information source to try to find answers to the problems we have been encountering on Earth. When it comes to understanding the workings of the Universe, the Akashic is a totally reliable source and is totally contradictory to the way in which scientists have theorised its workings over the centuries.
We live in an energetic Universe. This means that all that we see in the night skies is comprised of energy. The same applies to Earth. Everything we think of as being physical is not actually solid but, comprised of energy. Our brains and senses work in such a way as to make us believe that we live in a physical world whereas, all is energy of different, and differing, frequencies which our brains interpret as being solid. In this sense, we tend to experience time as a solid thing…one second follows another as the Earth revolves and the sky darkens or lightens. Time “feels” physical to us.
However, if we step outside of our solar system, everything begins to change. Light travels at different speeds and, therefore, our perception of time alters and linear measurements of time do not necessarily apply…and certainly do not apply in the way in which we measure time on Earth. If it were possible to stand at a point which was at the centre of the Universe, we would see time as two energy spirals…one stretching behind us, back in time and, one stretching in front of us which would represent the future. If we had sufficient energy potential, we could travel backwards in time but, we could not travel forwards…we cannot travel to a time which does not yet exist.
Quantum Physics’ Alternate Universes
Most of the explanations provided by scientists are based on the world being a physical place as theorised by Isaac Newton in the 1700’s. Science sees the conditions that exist on Earth and tries to apply those same conditions to the Universe as a whole. The scientific view began to change about 100 years ago when they started to explore that which exists at levels below the size of an atom. The term “quantum” means the smallest quantity of some physical attribute that a process or system contains.
In this new realm, everything that they thought applied to the world had to be newly explored and understood. As far as science is concerned, the quantum world bears little resemblance to the world outside, the world they thought they understood. As their exploration of the quantum progressed, they began to develop new theories to make their experiments explainable. One thing they did find was that the scientist could create his own reality. If a scientist “thought” that light travelled in particles, his experiments “proved” that light travelled in particles. If a scientist believed that light travelled in waves, his experiments “proved” that it travelled in waves. In other words, the experimenter “created” his own reality.
The experiments and observations carried out into quantum phenomena showed, time and time again, that it is what the scientist believed the outcome would be that determined what actually happened. This led to a great deal of theorising about how the world, and the Universe at large, actually works. As they daydreamed about the nature of reality and how the scientist could create their own, they began to postulate about “alternate” realities. Quite why they should do this is not explained given that they have not even begun to understand our current reality.
Essentially, scientists studying the quantum world started thinking about their experiments. If what I think is going to occur does occur, what happens to all of the answers received by other scientists? To try to make sense of this, they came up with the idea that every scientist’s experiment formed its own reality and these alternate realities must exist somewhere. If the nature of the Universe is determined by how someone thinks it works, then, all of the other theories must create a universe of their own. And, if new universes were created, then, there must be different time-lines running parallel to ours. So this is how the concept of alternate, parallel universes arose and, how the concept of alternate and parallel time-lines fitted in with it.
The alternate, parallel universe concept runs something like this:
If I am faced with making a decision, I consider all of the possible alternate options I am aware of. I consider all of these alternative answers and choose one which I believe will work and, then, act on it. Taking action on my decision fits into the current time-line. But, what of all of the alternate options that I rejected? Each of those answers were viable in some way and could have resolved the problem I needed to decide on. Therefore, each possible option could lead to a different solution to the problem and, that alternative solution must exist somewhere…which runs on its own independent time-line. This, obviously, does not encroach on our current time-line, therefore, it must exist in an alternate universe!
The author’s own research into this theory would indicate that it is a hangover from too many post-conference alcoholic beverages.
