[Preface: This was a list of questions sent to Chris Thomas in 2012 via email from a client of his. These are his answers.]
[Q] Many of us ready for change are not seeing it and patience is running thin. How would you respond to that?
[A] At the moment, we are in a time when all of the work that has gone before has to settle to its natural level, a kind of consolidation of all of the positive energies that are at work and, so, it might appear as though not a great deal is happening.
The truth is that there are new positive energies at work that are breaking down the controls of the likes of the Velon/Illuminati. At the moment, the most important one is to do with the financial control, as this is the basis of their power. This power needs to be broken, so that is happening, now. Very soon, we will see major problems with the banks and with economies as the financial structure begins to crumble.

[Q] Many of us are worried and angry about chemtrails in our skies. What are the main reasons for them?
[A] Chemtrails are mainly either insecticides (to kill off the insects that pollinate so that GM has to be grown) as well as chemicals that will make people unwell. I am aware of the nano particles but, I cannot find any that have been used from chemtrails…yet.

[Q] Similarly what about all the HAARP facilities around the world?
[A] Just about every country in the world has HAARP stations. They are used for two things…to control the weather, which also kills off insects and normal crops (we have had double our normal rainfall this year in Britain and lower temperatures) but, mainly it is used to flood the whole planet with ELF energies (Extra Low Frequencies) in an attempt to slow down the Earth’s energies and, the rate at which humans can change. This is very deliberate. However, HAARP cannot stop us changing no matter how hard they try as all of the positive energies cannot be stopped.

[Q] You mention in one of your books about a new atmospheric layer. What is that for?
[A] The new layer to the Earth’s atmosphere is to help in protecting people from increased radiation from the sun so it is beneficial to us.

[Q] There are a lot of empty cities in the world that no one knows what are they prepared for. Any ideas?
[A] As far as I am aware, every country has newly built empty towns and cities. I have no real idea of what they are actually for. The only thing that I can think of is that there will be an attempt to empty the country side and put everyone into towns where they can be better controlled. They just have not started on this programme, yet but, it would fit in with the aims of Agenda 21 from the Rio climate summit.

[Q] On the Internet, there have been many pictures of odd “grid lines” in China. Any idea what these are about?
[A] I have no idea what these grids are in China or their purpose but, they do seem to be new. In other words, they were not built in ancient times like the Nazca Lines in South America. I know that there are 9 HAARP stations in China, so the photo that looks like an airport could very well be a new design for a HAARP station but, I am not certain.

[Q] Are there ET ships around the Earth visible to us?
[A] The three Pleiadean ships have been in orbit around the Earth for many years and have remained invisible to the vast majority of people during that time. So, the ships are not being hidden by anything man-made, just the energies of the ships themselves.

[Q] How would you sum up the human/Velon/Illuminati relationship now?
[A] Don’t forget that we are approaching the “end times” as predicted by the Mayan Calendar. As the energies for change continue to build, the Velon/Illuminati are doing everything they can to disrupt these energies and to distract people away from what they need to do. So, of course, the Illuminati are becoming more active but, their options are limited to what people will believe. They cannot force people to be taken in by them. It has always been the choices made by people that have given the Velon/Illuminati their power. But, as we make use of these new energies, the Velon/Illuminati’s ability to mislead is diminishing and, so, they are trying harder and harder to try to hold on to their control.
It has always been that some people see the truth of a situation whilst most do not. This is what has allowed the Velon/Illuminati to take control. Humans have always found it easier to go along with what they are told to do rather than to stand up and fight. But, this is changing. As we move further through 2012, more and more people are waking up and, so, the Velon/Illuminati cannot keep hold of their power and control.

[Q] Can we talk directly to the Creator/God?
[A] Humans do not, and never have, communicated directly with the Creator. We are too small to do that. It is organised religions, who have also tried to mislead us and control us, that have given us the idea that humans can communicate directly with the Creator but, it was never true.

[Q] Can HAARP destroy our DNA?
[A] DNA is memory. It has nothing to do with communication and HAARP cannot alter it.

[Q] You say a number of people have already undergone soul integration. Are they doing anything to help the rest of us achieve this goal? And, can anything in the end actually prevent this process from occurring?
[A] Everyone who has undergone soul re-integration is helping to overcome the Velon/Illuminati, as is everyone who is ready to make this change. The problem is that so many people do not want to know what is going on and, so, do not want change to happen. Also, there are many people who want the Velon to help them, so, [they] are holding the Velon in place by their choice and, no matter how much change is wanted, we cannot go against free choice, no matter how wrong that choice might be. But, we are getting there. We chose the Velon/Illuminati mainly by choosing not to make a choice. We went along with them instead of choosing not to have them.
The very latest that this change will happen is the 21st of December 2012 and there is nothing that can stop this change from happening. The fact that you are aware of change and want to move forwards is as good a guide as any that you will be making this change. The chances are that, once you have undergone soul re-integration, you will live where you are living now. Why would you move away from home?
I cannot fully describe what having a whole soul in the body is like as we do not have the vocabulary to describe it. Try to remember that there is nothing that can stop humans achieving soul re-integration. Every soul, within this Universe, wants it to happen and are doing everything they can to help us. The very latest this change will occur is 21/12/12.

Flashback Friday: Losing Cobain & The 27s
Twenty-five years ago, today, according to most accounts, Kurt Cobain committed suicide. His body was discovered on April 8 by Gary Smith, an electrician that was there to install a security system. Seeing Cobain lying inside, Smith initially thought the singer was asleep until he saw blood oozing from his ear. He also found a suicide note with a pen stuck through it inside a flower-pot. A shotgun purchased for Cobain by his friend Dylan Carlson was found resting on Cobain’s chest. Cobain’s death certificate stated that he died as a result of a “contact perforating shotgun wound to the head” and concluded that his death was a suicide.
While it is true that Cobain suffered from stomach pains, drug addiction, clinical depression and bi-polar disorder, there are disputes to the official ruling. Courtney Love‘s own estranged father wrote a book and suggested that his daughter had her husband murdered.
Cobain was described as a “Generation X icon” and “the last real rock star“. He was only 27.
Twenty-seven appears to be a striking number. From The History Channel:
The untimely deaths of famous musicians at age 27 may be coincidence but, it is [a] tragic coincidence. The mythology of the 27 Club gained prominence with the death of Kurt Cobain in 1994 since he died at the same age as iconic rock musicians, including Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin and Jim Morrison, when they died in the 1970s. The premature death of Amy Winehouse at age 27 in 2011, again, renewed interest in the age’s apparent curse. This is a list of some of the artists and musicians who died at the far too young age of 27.

Throwback Thursday: Losing King 1968
Fifty-one years ago, today, a powerful voice & soul was extinguished. I wasn’t even two years old when he was killed. He was only 39. He wasn’t a perfect person (who is?) but, his message was.

Just after 6:00p.m. on April 4, 1968, Martin Luther King, Jr. is fatally shot while standing on the balcony outside his second-story room at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee. The civil rights leader was in Memphis to support a sanitation workers’ strike and, was on his way to dinner when a bullet struck him in the jaw and severed his spinal cord. King was pronounced dead after his arrival at a Memphis hospital.
As word of the assassination spread, riots broke out in cities all across the United States and, National Guard troops were deployed in Memphis and Washington, D.C. On April 9, King was laid to rest in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. Tens of thousands of people lined the streets to pay tribute to King’s casket as it passed by in a wooden farm cart drawn by two mules.

The King family and others believe the assassination was the result of a conspiracy involving the U.S. government, Mafia and Memphis police, as alleged by Loyd Jowers in 1993. They believe that Ray was a scapegoat. In 1999, the family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Jowers for the sum of $10 million. During closing arguments, their attorney asked the jury to award damages of $100, to make the point that “it was not about the money.” During the trial, both sides presented evidence alleging a government conspiracy. The government agencies accused could not defend themselves or respond because they were not named as defendants. Based on the evidence, the jury concluded Jowers, and others, were “part of a conspiracy to kill King” and awarded the family $100. The allegations and the finding of the Memphis jury were later rejected by the United States Department of Justice in 2000 due to lack of evidence.
After the assassination of President Kennedy in 1963, King told his wife, Coretta Scott King, “This is what is going to happen to me also. I keep telling you, this is a sick society.”
Senator Robert F. Kennedy was the first to tell his audience in Indianapolis that King had died. He stated:
“For those of you who are black, and are tempted to be filled with hatred and mistrust of the injustice of such an act, against all white people, I would only say that I can also feel in my own heart the same kind of feeling. I had a member of my family killed but, he was killed by a white man.
His speech has been credited as preventing riots in Indianapolis when the rest of the country was not so lucky.
On March 10, 1969, James Earl Ray pleaded guilty (on his birthday) and was sentenced to 99 years in the Tennessee State Penitentiary. He died in prison at the age of 70 on April 23, 1998, twenty-nine years and 19 days after King’s assassination.
Many documents regarding an FBI investigation remain classified and will stay secret until 2027.

Tune Tuesday: John Denver 1974
Forty-five years ago, today, the #1 song on the Billboard Hot 100 chart was Sunshine on My Shoulders by John Denver. Co-written with guitarist Mike Taylor and bassist Richard Kniss, the song was originally released in 1971 as an album track on Poems, Prayers & Promises. It wasn’t released as a single until October 1973 (oddly, the same month as his death) and hit #1 on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary chart just two weeks prior to making the Hot 100. It had been re-mixed to include woodwinds and strings and, had the last verses removed. The full length single mix showed up on Denver’s later compilation albums.

Denver described how he wrote “Sunshine on My Shoulders”: “I wrote the song in Minnesota at the time I call ‘late winter, early spring’. It was a dreary day, gray and slushy. The snow was melting and, it was too cold to go outside and have fun but, God, you’re ready for spring. You want to get outdoors again and you’re waiting for that sun to shine and, you remember how, sometimes, just the sun, itself, can make you feel good. And, in that very melancholy frame of mind, I wrote ‘Sunshine on My Shoulders’.”
The song was used as the theme to the CBS Friday Night made-for-TV movie Sunshine starring Cristina Raines, Cliff De Young and, Lindsay and Sidney Greenbush. Canadian singer-songwriter-actress Carly Rae Jepsen released her cover version of the song on June 16, 2008.

Movie Monday: Major League II 1994
Twenty-five years ago, today, the #1 film at the box office was Major League II, a sports-comedy starring Charlie Sheen, Tom Berenger, Corbin Bernsen, Dennis Haysbert, James Gammon, Omar Epps, Alison Doody, David Keith, Bob Uecker, Jay Leno (as himself), Jesse Ventura (as himself), Randy Quaid (uncredited) and Rene Russo (uncredited). Released on March 30, it was a sequel to Major League (1989). David Ward directed both and most of the same cast remained. Omar Epps replaced Wesley Snipes in the role of Willie Mays Hayes.
After winning the division the previous year, the Cleveland Indians return the following season with a new-found confidence. Their previously ragtag players are now stars. Roger Dorn has gone from player to owner, removing the unhealthy management and influence of Rachel Phelps. New players have been contracted and the team roster looks stronger than ever. What could possibly go wrong?

Except for the fact that it was a commercial hit, the 1989 baseball movie “Major League” was not the sort of film that cried out to be sequelized. But, a lot can happen in five years…for one thing, baseball movies seem to be hanging in there. So, here’s another go-round with the cloddy, come-from-behind Cleveland Indians sluggers who once again stumble in pursuit of the American League Eastern Division championship. Bob Uecker, as the Indians’ perpetually bedraggled play-by-play radio announcer, puts in another appearance, dressing down from his Liberace-like duds to a T-shirt as the Indians slide into the cellar. (His aghast expostulations are the film’s highlight.) We learn all sorts of homiletic life lessons about the value of sportsmanship and Being True to Yourself. Why do sports movies always have to devolve into civics lessons? To its credit, “Major League II” doesn’t go in for a lot of moony sentiment about America’s past-time but, it ends up tenderized anyway.

A few people have asked for an update. Unfortunately, there is not a huge amount to say at the moment.
Over the last 20 years, we have seen an increase in the frequencies and types of energies that are available to us. These energies have come from the sun’s increased activities as well as new energies coming from outside of our solar system. There are also new energies arriving from the centre of the galaxy, which have been gradually growing in strength for a few years and, which will reach their peak frequencies during December.
In addition to all of these energy sources, there is also a new energy at work which is designed to help clear up a few “loose ends” that humans have not been able to clear for ourselves. These loose ends are things like the continuing Velon attacks on the Earth and people, and the Velon attempts to mislead us into believing things that are not [to] our benefit. The success of this energy is mirrored in the way in which people are now rejecting concepts like “Angels”, Ashtar Command, the “healing” ship Neptune, etc…that the Velon have been trying to make people follow. Instead, […] people are now seeing beyond these misleading concepts and looking for the underlying truth to what is happening, as well as realising that humans are responsible for ourselves [themselves]. Nobody is going to step in and do the work for us.
But, the main focus of these new energies is to break the power structures that have been holding us back. […] the work of the “Illuminati”. The main source of the Illuminati power-base is to do with money and how it is controlled. By controlling the money supply, they control people. By keeping people in poverty, wage-slaves, they control the way in which people think and act. This pattern of control needs to be broken to allow us all to open our minds to other possibilities and to move on to soul re-integration.
We have seen how shaky the financial system actually is over recent years with the deliberate manipulation of mortgage insurance. Fortunately, this deliberate attempt at impoverishing ordinary people did not work as well as the Illuminati would have liked and it has caused a lot of damage to the banks despite the Federal Reserve “rewarding” banks with several trillions of dollars for their part in the scam. What this new energy is doing is to push the unstable foundations of the banks a little further than the banks intended. The result of this is that the banking system is currently in a state of meltdown. This meltdown has not reached the mainstream media, yet but, it is happening.
I would suggest that people try to have some kind of cash reserves at home, enough for a couple of weeks, as the meltdown continues as we should start to see the failure of some banks over the next couple of weeks.
However, there is no need to panic, whilst some banks will inevitably collapse and close their doors, this should not last for very long as other banks, that remain in business, take up the slack. But, it does mean that the whole banking system will need to be re-structured, so it is likely that over the next few months, cash will be in short supply. Given all of the current indications (there are many reports on the Internet), this should not last beyond September but, there is no way of predicting how bad the crash will be or how long it will take to re-adjust the system.
[Note: This was written in 2012 so, when the failures started, there was a mad dash by the banking cartel to hide what was going on. These “band-aids”, as it were, did not fix the problem…only delayed it. It is still insolvent.]
Other than that, most things are fairly quiet at the moment.
We have successfully raised our energy frequencies to reach frequency parity with the Earth at 3.5 KHz and have begun to reject all of the Velon ploys at misleading us. So, this current time is one of clearance on deep levels as well as consolidation of our new energies. Once the banking situation becomes clearer, we will be able to move on to even more personal clearances and taking on new energies that will move us forwards to full soul re-integration later on this year. Everything is happening as it should be. Everything is happening in its correct time frame (albeit a little later than originally intended) and everything is moving forwards on its intended path.

National Vietnam War Veterans Day
I’ve posted for Veterans Day on November 11 and POW/MIA Recognition Day, the third Friday in September. Today is the national acknowledgement of the final pull-out of US troops in South Vietnam, ending our direct involvement.
From National Day Calendar:
[…] Veterans of this time period are gaining the respect that was not so freely given upon their return. Involving five U.S. presidents, crossing nearly two decades and 500,000 U.S.military personnel, it left an indelible mark on the American psyche. Returning Veterans did not always receive respectful welcomes upon their arrive on American soil. There were 58,000 killed, never to return. National Vietnam War Veterans Day recognizes the military service of these men and women who answered the call to service their country when she needed them. They didn’t make the decisions to go to war.
U.S. Sens. Pat Toomey, R-Pa., and Joe Donnelly, D-Ind., introduced legislation in 2017 to honor Vietnam Veterans with a day on the anniversary of the withdrawal of military units from South Vietnam. President Donald Trump signed the Vietnam War Veterans Day Act on March 28, 2017, calling for U.S. flags to be flown on March 29 for those who served.

[…] in January 1973, representatives of the United States, North and South Vietnam and, the Vietcong signed a peace agreement in Paris, ending the direct U.S. military involvement in the Vietnam War. Its key provisions included a cease-fire throughout Vietnam, the withdrawal of U.S. forces, the release of prisoners of war and, the reunification of North and South Vietnam through peaceful means. The South Vietnamese government was to remain in place until new elections were held and North Vietnamese forces in the South were not to advance further nor be reinforced.
Two months after the signing of the Vietnam peace agreement, the last U.S. combat troops [left] South Vietnam as Hanoi [freed] the remaining American prisoners of war held in North Vietnam. In Saigon, some 7,000 U.S. Department of Defense civilian employees remained behind to aid South Vietnam in conducting what looked to be a fierce and ongoing war with communist North Vietnam. […] before the last American troops departed on March 29, the communists violated the cease-fire and, by early 1974, full-scale war had resumed. At the end of 1974, South Vietnamese authorities reported that 80,000 of their soldiers and civilians had been killed in fighting during the year […].
On April 30, 1975, the last few Americans still in South Vietnam were airlifted out of the country as Saigon fell to communist forces.

I live with a Vietnam Seabee Veteran. He was in-country at Camp Haskins, Red Beach, Da Nang harbor during Khe Sanh, Tet and the Battle of Hue. Thankfully, he was not directly affected but, he was nearly blown out of a guard tower when the USMC Da Nang Air Base was attacked in January 1968. He keeps a wad of shrapnel and an empty grenade in the office as a reminder of what nearly got him. He’s told me stories of returning home and being flipped off by civilians. He was never spit on, like some stories I’ve heard but, he certainly wasn’t welcomed back. ~Vic
Throwback Thursday: Three Mile Island 1979
Forty years ago, today, the Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station in eastern Pennsylvania suffered a partial meltdown in its second reactor. Located in the Londonderry Township on a sandbar in the Susquehanna River, the station has two different units. TMI-1 (commissioned September 2, 1974) is owned by Exelon Generation and TMI-2 (commissioned December 30, 1978) is owned by FirstEnergy Corp.

At 4:00am EST on March 28, 1979, the worst accident in the history of the U.S. nuclear power industry begins when a pressure valve in the Unit-2 reactor at Three Mile Island fails to close. Cooling water, contaminated with radiation, drained from the open valve into adjoining buildings and the core began to dangerously overheat.
After the cooling water began to drain out of the broken pressure valve […] emergency cooling pumps automatically went into operation. Left alone, these safety devices would have prevented the development of a larger crisis. However, human operators in the control room misread confusing, and contradictory readings, and shut off the emergency water system. The reactor was also shut down but, residual heat from the fission process was still being released. By early morning, the core had heated to over 4,000 degrees, just 1,000 degrees short of meltdown. In the meltdown scenario, the core melts and deadly radiation drifts across the countryside, fatally sickening a potentially great number of people.
As the plant operators struggled to understand what had happened, the contaminated water was releasing radioactive gases throughout the plant. The radiation levels, though not immediately life-threatening, were dangerous and, the core cooked further as the contaminated water was contained and precautions were taken to protect the operators. Shortly after 8:00am EST, word of the accident leaked to the outside world. The plant’s parent company, Metropolitan Edison, downplayed the crisis and claimed that no radiation had been detected off plant grounds but, the same day, inspectors detected slightly increased levels of radiation nearby as a result of the contaminated water leak. Pennsylvania Governor Dick Thornburgh considered calling an evacuation.
Finally, at about 8:00pm EST, plant operators realized they needed to get water moving through the core again and restarted the pumps. The temperature began to drop and pressure in the reactor was reduced. The reactor had come within less than an hour of a complete meltdown. More than half the core was destroyed or molten but, it had not broken its protective shell and no radiation was escaping. The crisis was apparently over.
Two days later, however, on March 30, a bubble of highly flammable hydrogen gas was discovered within the reactor building. The bubble of gas was created two days before when exposed core materials reacted with super-heated steam. On March 28, some of this gas had exploded, releasing a small amount of radiation into the atmosphere. At that time, plant operators had not registered the explosion, which sounded like a ventilation door closing. After the radiation leak was discovered on March 30, residents were advised to stay indoors. Experts were uncertain if the hydrogen bubble would create further meltdown or possibly a giant explosion and, as a precaution Governor Thornburgh advised “pregnant women and pre-school age children to leave the area within a five-mile radius of the […] facility until further notice.” This led to the panic the governor had hoped to avoid. Exelon has been operating Unit 1 at […] a loss since 2015. On May 30, 2017, the company said it would consider ceasing operations at [the unit] in 2019 due to high costs of operating the plant, unless there was government action. Unit 2, which has been dormant since the accident in 1979, is still owned by FirstEnergy and it is estimated to close in 2036.

Fifty years ago, today, the #1 song on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart was You Gave Me A Mountain by Frankie Laine. Written by singer-songwriter and NASCAR driver Marty Robbins, Laine’s version charted the highest of any performer, including Robbins.

The lyrics to the song detail a series of challenges that the singer has endured in his life, including the death of his mother while giving birth to him, [being] deprived of the love of his father [described as] like time spent in prison “for something that I never done” and, the singer’s wife taking their child and leaving. The original third line of Robbins’ song mentioned that he was “despised and disliked from my father” but, Laine requested that this line be changed to “deprived of the love of my father” when he recorded his version, since Laine’s father had died shortly before the recording took place.
Many other artists recorded the song including Johnny Bush, Don McLean, Eddy Arnold, Ray Price, Jim Nabors and Dean Martin. Elvis Presley included this song in the set for his Aloha From Hawaii concert in 1973.
This was the final Top 40 hit of Laine’s career.

Thirty years ago, today, the #1 film at the box office was Fletch Lives, starring Chevy Chase, Hal Holbrook, Julianne Phillips, R. Lee Ermey, Richard Libertini, Randall ‘Tex’ Cobb, Cleavon Little, George Wyner, Patricia Kalember, Geoffrey Lewis, Richard Belzer, Phil Hartman and Noelle Beck. Released March 17, it was a sequel to Fletch (1985), a movie about an investigative reporter named Irwin Maurice “Fletch” Fletcher, a character created in 1974 by mystery writer Gregory McDonald. It was directed by Michael Ritchie with music by Harold Faltermeyer.
Fletch fans rejoice! The reckless I.M. Fletcher, investigative reporter, returns to the screen. This time, the chameleon-like reporter ventures to Belle Isle, a sprawling 80-acre Louisiana plantation which Fletch inherits from his aunt. Trouble begins when a lovely attorney mysteriously turns up dead, a neighborly lawyer warns him to leave town and a ravishing real estate agent comes calling with a persistent offer he may not be able to refuse. In this film he seems to have no emotions at all […] Chase is at arm’s length from the plot, making little asides and whimsical commentaries while his hapless supporting cast does what it can with underwritten roles. Chris Thomas: How Do We Know: Ready For Soul Integration?

[Preface from a client of Chris Thomas: A day or so ago, I wrote to my friend Chris Thomas because I had been chatting with a number of people about whether or not we are ready for soul integration, a name some people call the shift or the great leap in consciousness. To me, it is all about higher self connection and really knowing it exists for you and, I did wonder if he might be annoyed by the rather long e-mail I sent him where I expressed my views and those of others I know.

No, I am not annoyed your response. In fact, the exact opposite. It shows that people are finally able to see that what happens outside of themselves is not important. It is the inner sense that counts.
I was asked recently if “one needed to be perfect in order to re-integrate?” The concept of perfect and human going together is like military and intelligence. They are both oxymorons. The concept of what is “perfect”, in human terms, has changed with each and every generation throughout history. So no, nobody is perfect. Everybody is an individual, especially when it comes to the state of readiness for re-integration.
I can understand peoples’ confusion over if they are ready or not and why-doesn’t-the-higher-self-put-it-in-writing-please-so-that-I-can-actually-understand-what-“it”-wants-me-to-do. And yes, in that respect, it is easy for me as I have been working closely and directly with my higher self for 50 years. There are two ways in which it is possible to work out how “ready” one is. There are obviously more but, these are two that are readily accessible:
[1] Since October 2010, when the energy acceleration began, those who were in the process of getting ready, found that all sorts of emotional situations came up to be cleared. For many people, the 18 months since then have been one of constant trauma but, also, one where they found that emotional situations they had ignored for years, if not all of their lives, repeatedly came to the fore and would not go away until action was taken to clear them. This situation became much, much worse since October 2011 when the “final” energies for clearance kicked in. Those who took the opportunity to actually clear these old emotional situations began to take on more and more of the energies of their higher self. Those who ignored these emotional situations found that they felt under increasing pressure to do something about it. As we entered 2012, those who had found the courage to face up to their emotional past found that their lives became less traumatic and more peaceful.
So, this is guide number one…if your life became one long emotional turmoil after another and has now cleared or, at least, eased off considerably, then, it means that your higher self is satisfied with the work you have done and, you are ready for the next phase of re-integration when the time is right. There is another aspect to this and that is, for many, they were ready and did not have much emotional debris to clear. This period of time has also been traumatic for them as they see everyone else undergoing these clearances and they have had nothing, or very little, to do themselves. If you have not undergone this kind of emotional trauma over the past 18 months then, the chances are that you were already clear and ready. You were just waiting for everyone else to catch up.
BUT…
An awful lot of people have done everything they can to ignore the elephant in their living rooms and have worn their shoes out walking around the elephant, doing their best to ignore it. They know that it is there, the emotional situation they need to clear but, have done everything they can to deny its existence. For these people, the last six months or so have felt like they are under a ton weight of pressure to sort something out but, have refused to acknowledge that their elephant exists.
It is these people who are holding back the time at which we are all ready to re-integrate. After all, all of these people said that they were ready to re-integrate back in October 2011 and have done nothing since other than complain about why can’t they move on. This is what your higher self is looking for…a readiness to look at your life and properly deal with those issues (emotional situations) you have ignored in the past. If you continue to ignore them, the chances are that at some point in the very near future, your higher self is going to give up on you and you will be left behind (this means dying). There is an energy boost to come very shortly which should help these people to finally deal with their elephants but, if they still refuse to sort out their problems, they will become lost (Chris is trying to be gentle and kind, here but, this mean you will die).
[2] We all have an ego. It is a part of our fundamental make-up and defines who we are within our own estimation. There is nothing wrong with an ego, it is [just] a question of how realistic and honest we are being with ourselves. Most people get it wrong. Their egos are either too big or they are too small. Too big means that we are not being honest with ourselves and are attempting to make those around us believe that we are more than we actually are. Too small means that, again, we are not being honest with ourselves and are denying our true selves to those around us. What our higher selves want from us is that we are honest with ourselves. Once we become honest with ourselves, we also become honest with those with whom we share our lives. By being honest with others, it allows them to be honest with us in return and once we have honest relationships, emotional traumas do not occur.
The best way of working out if you are honest with yourself is to look at how you react to criticism. If someone criticises you and, you become angry and defensive, it means that you are not being honest with yourself. If someone criticises you and, you think about what it is they are saying, look at what they are saying, honestly and your response is more along the lines of: “Yes, I see what you are saying and you are correct…” or, alternatively, your response is: “No, you are not correct, that is an unfair comment…” then, you are being as honest with yourself as you can be. That is all that your higher self wants you to be.
So, to recap…
If your life has been emotionally traumatic but, is now, or is becoming, more peaceful, then you are just about ready and have listened to your higher self. If you can be as honest as possible with yourself in all situations, then, you are just about ready and have listened to your higher self. If neither of the two above statements apply to you, then, it means that you still have work to do as you have not listened to your higher self.

Vernal Equinox & Worm Moon 2019
Spwing has spwung! Well, maybe not. I understand that the Northeast US is getting hit by a ‘Nor’easter‘ at the moment. But, as I am typing this, the official arrival time of the Vernal (Spring) Equinox was 5:58pm EDT here in the Northern Hemisphere/Southeastern US. I posted the definition of equinox back in September 2018 but, the term ‘Vernal’ translates to ‘new‘ or ‘fresh‘. A fresh start is on the way.
From Time And Date:
Earth’s axis is tilted at an angle of about 23.4° in relation to the ecliptic plane, the imaginary plane created by the Earth’s path around the Sun. On any other day of the year, either the Southern Hemisphere or the Northern Hemisphere tilts a little towards the Sun. But, on the two equinoxes, the tilt of the Earth’s axis is perpendicular to the Sun’s rays, like the illustration (below) shows. The March equinox is often used by astronomers to measure a tropical year, the mean time it takes for the Earth to complete a single orbit around the Sun. Also known as a solar year, a tropical year is approximately 365 days, 5 hours, 48 minutes and 45 seconds long.
Easter is celebrated on the Sunday following the first full moon on or after March 21. Since the full moon occurs on March 21 at 01:42 UTC, that, apparently, throws Easter’s celebrations to the Sunday following the next full moon, which is April 19.
There are other celebrations. From Time And Date:
The Iranian New Year (Nowruz, No-Ruz, No-Rooz or No Ruz) occurs during the time of the March Equinox, in accordance with the Persian astronomical calendar. It has been celebrated for over 3000 years and is rooted in the traditions of Zoroastrianism. No-Ruz celebrations last for about 12 days. Preparations start well in advance and include buying new clothes for family members and thoroughly cleaning homes. Wheat or lentil representing new growth is grown in a flat dish a few days before the New Year and is called Sabzeh (green shoots).
Higan (Higan-e or Ohigan), is a week of Buddhist services in Japan during the March and September Equinox. Both equinoxes have been national holidays since the Meiji period (1868-1912). “Higan” means the “other shore” (Sanzu River) and refers to dead spirits who reach Nirvana after crossing the river of existence. It celebrates the spiritual move from the world of suffering to the world of enlightenment.
We will also be graced with a full moon, tonight. It was 100% full illumination at 9:42pm EDT. Busy day! Unfortunately, we have had a rainy day, today, so no shots of it full. The sky has been nothing but a boring shade of grey. I did get a few shots of it earlier in the week, though. They weren’t too bad.

March’s full moon is commonly called the Full Worm Moon. This is because of the earthworms that wriggle out of the ground as the earth begins to thaw in March. Here’s a little known fact about March’s full moon…it was called the Worm Moon only by Southern Native American tribes. In fact, there’s no way the Northern tribes would have ever called it the Worm Moon and the reason why is fascinating.
Essentially, earthworms did not exist in Northern America. It would be literally impossible for Northern tribes to see worms popping up in March. All the earthworms you see in Northern America today are invasive species brought in by colonists. These earthworms were brought over either out of a misguided intent to help fertilize the soil or, as an accident along with transported plants or the soil used for ballast in ships. Little did the colonists know that, during the last Ice Age, glaciers had spread so far across Canada and the northern parts of the United States that, all earthworms had been completely wiped out.
When the deep ice melted 12,000 years ago, the native forests in those areas grew back and adapted to the loss of earthworms. The growth of these forests became dependent on a layer of duff, which is a compost layer comprised of decomposing leaves and other rotting organic matter. If you ever visit one of these native forests, you will be asked to clean your shoes and make sure it’s free of earthworm eggs. That’s because, while it’s normally harmless everywhere else, earthworms will aggressively destroy the native forest’s duff layer by eating right through it.
This is why in Northern American tribes, such as the Shawnee tribe, the Worm Moon is called the Sap Moon, instead, as a reminder for the tribes that they can begin tapping maple syrup. In general, March’s full moon is known as a herald for the beginning of spring and new agricultural cycles. The Anglo-Saxons even used the Worm Moon as a way to predict the state of their crops. They called it the Storm Moon if it was stormy, which was a sign that their crops would fail. But, if it was dry, they called it the Rugged Moon, an indication of a bounteous harvest.
One of its other names is the Chaste Moon, symbolizing the purity of early spring. The Pueblo tribe named it the Moon When the Leaves Break Forth, while in Shoshone culture, it was known as the Warming Moon. Sometimes, it is called the Crow Moon, after the crows and other birds that appear as winter draws to a close. Other times, it’s called the Crust Moon, because of the snow that becomes crusty when it thaws in the sun and freezes in the moonlight.
In India, March’s full moon is also seen as a symbol of the arrival of spring and coincides with the festival of Holi. This is a riotous party where Indian communities all around the world engage in a huge water fight. Everyone goes out into the streets and sprays each other with colored water and powders, singing and dancing with strangers and, loved ones, alike. Playing and feasting together is a chance for you to repair relationships that have gone bad, reaffirming your existing social bonds as you move forward together into the new year.
